Fresno Area Express (FAX), is a public transportation operator in Fresno, California. The system has over 100 buses, 1,606 bus stops, and 18 routes as of August 2022. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 7,707,600, or about 26,300 per weekday as of the fourth quarter of 2022. FAX fixed routes run as far south as Malaga to Valley Children's Hospital in the north. Lines also run as far east as Fowler Avenue in Clovis, and as far west as Hayes Avenue near Highway 99 in western Fresno.
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is the public transport agency serving Cincinnati and its Ohio suburbs. SORTA operates Metro fixed-route buses, bus rapid transit, microtransit, and paratransit services. SORTA's headquarters are located at the Huntington Building in Cincinnati’s Central Business District. The agency is managed by CEO and General Manager Darryl Haley along with a 13-member board of trustees. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 9,664,000, or about 34,000 per weekday as of the fourth quarter of 2022.
The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System is a public transit service provider for Central, South, Northeast and Southeast San Diego County. The agency directly operates a large transit system that includes the MTS Bus, San Diego Trolley light rail, and Rapid bus rapid transit services. The MTS also controls the San Diego and Arizona Eastern (SD&AE) freight railway and regulates taxicabs, jitneys, and other private for-hire passenger transportation services.

The system runs 17 routes with over 100 stops and is the only fare-free transit system in Illinois. As of 2019, the system provided 841,943 rides over 45,934 annual vehicle revenue hours with 18 buses and 10 paratransit vehicles.
Galesburg Transit is the primary provider of mass transportation in Knox County, Illinois with routes serving the Galesburg area. As of 2019, the system provided 160,712 rides over 23,487 annual vehicle revenue hours with 4 buses and 8 demand response vehicles.
Coles County Zipline is a provider of mass transportation in Coles County, Illinois, with deviated fixed-routes serving Charleston and Mattoon. As of 2020, the system provided 18,863 rides over 2,688 annual vehicle revenue hours. The service is a division of Dial-a-Ride Rural Public Transportation, which also provides demand-response service to Coles and Douglas Counties.
The Clinton Municipal Transit Administration or MTA is the primary provider of mass transportation in Clinton, Iowa with six routes serving the region. As of 2019, the system provided 253,297 rides over 17,946 annual vehicle revenue hours with 6 buses and 10 paratransit vehicles.
