Mayhew is an unincorporated community in Mayhew Lake Township, Benton County, Minnesota, United States, near Sauk Rapids. The community is located near the junction of Benton County Roads 1 and 13.

Mayhew Lake Township is a township in Benton County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 831 as of the 2010 census. Mayhew Lake Township was named for George V. Mayhew, an early settler of Benton County who became a state legislator.
Benton County is a county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 38,451. Its county seat is Foley. Established in 1849 and organized in 1850, the county is one of the oldest in Minnesota. It was named for Thomas Hart Benton, a United States Senator from Missouri.
