The McCoy Center [2] is an office building located in Columbus, Ohio. The building was acquired by JPMorgan Chase & Co. with its 2004 merger with Bank One Corporation. Formally known as the Corporate Center Columbus (or more often and colloquially "Polaris"), the building was renamed after the merger to honor the McCoy family, who led the Columbus-based Bank One for three generations. Inside is a gift shop, Starbucks, Which Wich?, Saladworks, recreational game room, shipping center, car rental, nurse's station, daycare, health & wellness center, one cafeteria, a bistro, multiple Chase automated teller machines, and a personal banker. [1] The building is located off Polaris Parkway, home of the Polaris Fashion Place mall.
The facility—¼ mile from end to end—houses approximately 13,000 employees in a space equal in square footage to the Empire State Building. With four floors and 2 million square feet (190,000 m2), it is the largest JPMorgan Chase & Co. facility in the world, the largest office building in the Columbus, Ohio area, and the second largest single-tenant office building in the United States behind The Pentagon, [1] from which the McCoy Center has borrowed its way-finding system. Only a handful of office buildings in the U.S. - the 5.7 million-square-foot Warren G. Magnuson Health Sciences Building in Seattle and the 4.4 million-square-foot McDermott Building in San Antonio among them - are bigger. [3] The parking lot features solar panels over many of the 9,000 parking spots which can supply enough power for roughly 75 percent of the building. [4]

Salesforce Tower is the tallest building in the U.S. state of Indiana. Opening in 1990, it surpassed the AUL Tower in Indianapolis for the distinction. The building's twin spires' are 811 feet (247 m) tall, while the 48 floors of office and retail space and 2 building equipment floors above that peak at the 701-foot (214 m) roof. It is the regional headquarters of Salesforce, which moved into the tower in the late-2010s and currently occupies a large amount of space in the building. While the tower has two spires of equal height, only one of them is functional as a transmission antenna. The other mast is merely an architectural decoration. The building was designed by KlingStubbins, and built by Indianapolis-based Huber Hunt & Nichols.

The James A. Rhodes State Office Tower is a 41-story, 629-foot (192 m) state office building and skyscraper on Capitol Square in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The Rhodes Tower is the tallest building in Columbus and the fifth tallest in Ohio. The tower is named for James A. Rhodes, the longest-serving Ohio governor, and features a statue of Rhodes outside the entrance. The building's interior includes a large open lobby with 22 elevators. Higher floors have offices for numerous state agencies. The tower's 40th floor contains an observation deck, open to the public.
Germain Amphitheater was a 20,000-seat outdoor entertainment venue located in Columbus, Ohio, near the suburb of Westerville. The venue opened as part of a large development venture off of Interstate Highway I-71. There were 6,700 seats in an open-air pavilion—much of it under cover—and room for another 13,300 people on general admission lawn seating. The concert season began mid-May, continuing through early October and featured 20-30 concerts per year. At the time it opened, it was the largest and most suitable venue for concerts in central Ohio.

It contains 891,000 square feet (82,777 m2) of rentable area of which 75,000 sq ft (7,000 m2) of retail space, and the rest office space. On the ground floor is the Overstreet Mall, which connects to neighboring buildings via skybridges; located below-grade is the parking garage with space for 456 vehicles and leases a nearby five-level garage, providing 730 additional parking spaces.

Mount Carmel East is a primary care hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Located on a 77-acre (31 ha) campus just outside of the suburb of Reynoldsburg, the hospital serves the east side of Columbus as well as other smaller communities. Mount Carmel East is part of Mount Carmel Health System, which was founded in 1886 by the Sisters of the Holy Cross. It is located off Interstate 270 and is accessible from the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) public transport network. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places as part of the High and Gay Streets Historic District in 2014.
25 South Front Street and 145 South Front Street are a pair of office buildings in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The structures, built for state offices in the 1960s, are situated immediately north and south of the Ohio Judicial Center. The Ohio Department of Education occupies 25 South Front. 145 South Front Street has been vacant since 2006, though plans to create a mixed-use development in the building were announced in 2022.
