Microbacterium agarici is a Gram-positive and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from the mushroom Agaricus blazei in Taiwan. [1] [2] [4]
Agaricus subrufescens is a species of mushroom, commonly known as almond mushroom, almond agaricus, mushroom of the sun, God's mushroom, mushroom of life, royal sun agaricus, jisongrong, or himematsutake and by a number of other names. Agaricus subrufescens is edible, with a somewhat sweet taste and a fragrance of almonds.
Pseudomonas agarici is a Gram-negative soil bacterium that causes drippy gill in mushrooms. It was first isolated in New Zealand. P. agarici could not be grouped based on 16S rRNA analysis, so it is designated incertae sedis in the genus Pseudomonas.
Agaricicola is a genus in the phylum Pseudomonadota (Bacteria).
Microbacterium amylolyticum is a Gram-positive, heterotrophic, aerobic, non-spore-forming and non-motile bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from soil from an industrial waste site in Noida in India.
Microbacterium aoyamense is a Gram-positive and non-motile bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from soil from Tokyo in Japan.
Microbacterium azadirachtae is a Gram-positive, non-spore-forming and motile bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from the rhizoplane of the plant Azadirachta indica from the Botanical Garden of Coimbatore in India. Microbacterium azadirachtae can promote plant growth by producing phytohormones.
Microbacterium flavum is a Gram-positive and aerobic bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from the tunicate Didemnum moseley in Nagasaki, Japan.
Microbacterium foliorum is a bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from the phyllosphere of grasses in Germany.
Microbacterium humi is a Gram-positive and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from the fungus Agaricus blazei in Taiwan.
Microbacterium hydrocarbonoxydans is a Gram-positive and Crude oil-degrading bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from oil contaminated soil in Germany.
Microbacterium invictum is a Gram-positive and facultatively aerobic bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from compost in Portugal.
Microbacterium lindanitolerans is a Gram-positive, aerobic and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from soil which was contaminated with hexachlorocyclohexane in India.
Microbacterium luticocti is a Gram-positive, short rod and motile bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from sewage sludge compost in Porto in Portugal.
Microbacterium marinilacus is a Gram-positive bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from the Sano Marine Lake in the Republic of Palau.
Microbacterium murale is a Gram-positive bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from an indoor wall in Giessen in Germany.
Microbacterium oleivorans is a Gram-positive and crude-oil-degrading bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from an oil storage cavern in Germany.
Microbacterium pseudoresistens is a Gram-positive and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from the fungus Agaricus blazei in Taiwan.
Microbacterium resistens is a bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from a corneal ulcer in Zürich, Switzerland.
Microbacterium sediminicola is a Gram-positive bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from sediments from the Samambula River on Fiji.
Microbacterium soli is a Gram-positive, aerobic, rod-shaped and non-motile bacterium from the genus Microbacterium which has been isolated from soil from a ginseng field in Daejeon, South Korea.
