Mikado-jinja (神門神社) is a Shinto shrine located in Misato, Miyazaki prefecture, Japan. It is dedicated to Ōhoyamatsumi and other kami.
The Mikado; or, The Town of Titipu is a comic opera in two acts, with music by Arthur Sullivan and libretto by W. S. Gilbert, their ninth of fourteen operatic collaborations. It opened on 14 March 1885, in London, where it ran at the Savoy Theatre for 672 performances, the second-longest run for any work of musical theatre and one of the longest runs of any theatre piece up to that time. By the end of 1885, it was estimated that, in Europe and America, at least 150 companies were producing the opera.

Mikado Glacier is a glacier on the north side of Mahler Spur, flowing west-northwest into Sullivan Glacier near the junction with Gilbert Glacier in northern Alexander Island, Antarctica. The glacier was so named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1977 in association with nearby Gilbert Glacier and Sullivan Glacier, after the 1885 operetta The Mikado.

The Hachiman Jinja (彩帆八幡神社) is a derelict Shinto shrine off Kagman Road on the island Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands, and one of the few on those islands to survive relatively intact. The shrine, dedicated to the kami Hachiman, was probably built in the 1930s by the Japanese administration of the South Seas Mandate as part of a program to Japanize the large number of Ryukyuan and Korean workers on the island. The shrine survived the World War II Battle of Saipan in remarkably good condition, although its main torii fell, and two komainu were lost. The main honden received some maintenance in the 1970s, and the property has received some maintenance from a local landholder. As of 2019, it is in total disrepair.

Buyeo Sa was a prince of Baekje, one of the Three Kingdoms of Korea. He was the son of Buyeo Pung by a Japanese woman and also grandson of the last king of Baekje, Uija of Baekje. He is also called Sa-wang (絲王). In Japan he was known as Teika-Ō (禎嘉王), also as Kudara no Ookimi and Kudara no Miko (百済王).
