Morgan County is a county located in the U.S. state of Kentucky. As of the 2020 census, the population was 13,726. Its county seat is West Liberty. The county is among the dry counties, which means that the sale of alcohol is restricted or prohibited.
Mimas, also designated Saturn I, is a natural satellite of Saturn that has the second largest crater on any moons in the Solar System, named the Herschel crater. The Herschel crater measures 139 kilometres across, about one-third of Mimas's mean diameter, and is believed to be formed from an extremely energetic impact event. The crater's name is derived from the discoverer of Mimas, William Herschel, in 1789.

Dingus is an unincorporated community in Morgan County, Kentucky on Kentucky Highway 437, between Elamton and Mima. The town is located 14 miles from West Liberty, the county seat. There was formerly a post office in the town, but residents are now served by the post office at Elkfork, Kentucky (41421). Dingus lies at an elevation of 883 feet.
Etsuko Mita is a retired Japanese professional wrestler. She formed a successful tag team with her partner Mima Shimoda as Las Cachorras Orientales and Toshiyo Yamada as Dream Orca. She is credited as the innovator of the Death Valley Driver. Mita retired on November 1, 2009, defeating former tag team partner Makoto in her final singles match and teaming with Mima Shimoda in a loss against Kyoko Inoue and Nanae Takahashi in her final tag team match.
Mima Mounds Natural Area Preserve is a state-protected Natural Area in southwest Washington state, United States. The preserve includes some of the Washington mima mounds, the origin of which still is not fully understood. The site comprises 637 acres (258 ha) of Garry oak woodland, oak savanna, and prairie grasslands. Several state and federal endangered species of butterfly depending on the unique prairie conditions can be found in the preserve, including Mardon skipper, zerene fritillary, Puget blue and Taylor's checkerspot.
