Puteri Indonesia is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia. Puteri Indonesia is traditionally held in March, alongside the celebration of International Women's Day. The pageant annually sends its winner to represent the country at Miss International, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. The pageant also sends representatives for Miss Supranational, Miss Charm, and Miss Cosmo pageants.

Mahakarya Duta Pesona Indonesia and make a new pageant named Putri Nusantara which Miss Earth Indonesia is selected as one of the winner from that pageant.
The now-called Putri Bumi Indonesia is an annual national environmental-themed beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness in Indonesia. Because in 2022 El John Pageants lost the franchise of Miss Earth to PT Mahakarya Duta Pesona Indonesia, the winners of Putri Bumi Indonesia instead represents Indonesia in the Miss Eco International pageant until 2023 before Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia took the license. Starts from 2023, Putri Bumi Indonesia will represent Indonesia to Miss Environment International. The current Putri Bumi Indonesia titleholder is Nur Arfah Maryam Insani from South Sulawesi.
Cokorda Istri Krisnanda Widani is an Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Ambassador, National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia Ambassador, Balinese dancer, model, beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2013 and represented Indonesia for the first time at the Miss Supranational 2013 beauty pageant, where she won as the 3rd Runner-up at the event.
Elfin Pertiwi Rappa is an Indonesian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2014, and represented Indonesia at the Miss International 2014 pageant and achieve a Top 10 position and won Best National Costume.
Puteri Indonesia 2019, the 23rd Puteri Indonesia pageant, was held on March 8, 2019 at Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, Indonesia. Sonia Fergina Citra, Puteri Indonesia 2018 of Bangka Belitung, crowned her successor, Frederika Alexis Cull of Jakarta SCR 1, at the end of the event. She represented Indonesia at the Miss International 2007 pageant in Japan, where she placed as the Top 15 semi-finalist, became the third Indonesian to be called as Miss International Finalists after Treesye Ratri Nugraheni Astuti who placed for the first time in Miss International 1976 and Indri Hapsari Suharto who won 2nd Runner-up in respective Miss International 1977.
Lily Estelita Liana or popularly known as Estelita Liana is an Indonesian National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia Ambassador, doctor, fashion model and a Beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2014. She represented Indonesia at the Miss Supranational 2014 pageant in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland, where she won Best National Costume Awards, designed by Jember Fashion Carnaval.

Miss Grand Indonesia was an Indonesian female beauty pageant, held annually from 2018 to 2020. The winners of the contest represented Indonesia at its parent international stage, Miss Grand International, in which an Indonesian delegate, Ariska Putri Pertiwi, won the title in 2016. Before the establishment of the Miss Grand Indonesia pageant, the Indonesian representatives for the aforementioned international stage were appointed or determined through other national pageants.
