Miss Philippines Earth 2019 was the 19th edition of the Miss Philippines Earth pageant, held at The Cove in Okada Manila, Parañaque, Philippines, on July 10, 2019. The pageant reverted to its original name Miss Philippines Earth after the previous year's Miss Earth Philippines. [1] [2]
At the end of the event, Zahra Bianca Saldua, Miss Philippines-Air 2018, crowned Janelle Tee of Pasig as Miss Philippines Earth 2019. With her crowned are the court of elemental queens: Ana Monica Tan was named Miss Philippines Air, Chelsea Fernandez was named Miss Philippines Water, Alexandra Dayrit was named Miss Philippines Fire, and Karen Nicole Piccio was named Miss Philippines Eco Tourism 2021. Celeste Cortesi, Miss Philippines Earth 2018, could not attend the coronation due to an allergy. [3] [4]

This is the first time Vietnam won the Miss Earth pageant, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. On October 20, 2018, Miss Earth announced in their Facebook page that the winners of Eco-Video and Eco-Media Award winners automatically fast-tracked to the Top 18; the two delegates who earned two spots through the preliminary panel of judges and by the votes of social media.

She represented the Philippines at Miss Universe 2022 in the United States where she was unplaced. Cortesi was previously crowned Miss Earth Philippines 2018 and represented the Philippines at Miss Earth 2018, where she finished in the top eight.
