Miss Philippines Earth 2013 was the 13th edition of the Miss Philippines Earth pageant, held on May 19, 2013 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila.
At the end of the event, Stephany Dianne Stefanowitz of Quezon City crowned Angelee Claudette delos Reyes of Olongapo, where she represented the Philippines at the Miss Earth 2013 pageant and placed Top 8. The pageant has aligned itself with the 2013 declaration of the United Nations General Assembly as the "International Year of Water Cooperation." [1] It was also the first in pageant history to use a hologram technology.

Miss Earth is an annual international major beauty pageant based in the Philippines that advocates for environmental awareness, conservation and social responsibility. Along with Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss International, it is one of the Big Four beauty pageants.
Beauty for a Cause is the slogan of the Miss Earth beauty pageant which highlights the work of the pageant and the slogan was adopted since the pageant's inception in 2001. The slogan empowers the contestants to work with an environmental advocacy that is personally significant to them. The phrase is also the name of an award also given by the pageant. The first Beauty for a Cause prize was awarded in 2003.
Jeanne Angeles Harn is a Filipino fashion and ramp model, environmentalist and beauty pageant titleholder. She competed and won the national beauty pageant Miss Philippines Earth 2007. She was crowned by Miss Philippines Earth 2006 Cathy Untalan.
Miss Philippines Earth 2008 was the 8th edition of Miss Philippines Earth pageant. It was held last May 11, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Center, Quezon City, Philippines. Imelda Bautista Schweighart, better known by her former screen name Imee Hart is a Filipino-German actress, model, singer-songwriter, composer and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2016. She competed at the Miss Earth 2016 pageant at the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines, where she became the third representative of the Philippines to not place at Miss Earth.

Loren Mar Artajos, who assumed the title of Miss Philippines Earth 2016 crowned Karen Ibasco of Manila at the end of the event. Ibasco represented the Philippines at the Miss Earth 2017 pageant and won.
Miss Earth 2018, the 18th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, with the theme "Goddesses of the Earth", was held on November 3, 2018, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Karen Ibasco of the Philippines crowned her successor Nguyễn Phương Khánh of Vietnam at the end of the event. This is the first time Vietnam won the Miss Earth pageant, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. On October 20, 2018, Miss Earth announced in their Facebook page that the winners of Eco-Video and Eco-Media Award winners automatically fast-tracked to the Top 18; the two delegates who earned two spots through the preliminary panel of judges and by the votes of social media.
Miss Philippines Earth 2019 was the 19th edition of the Miss Philippines Earth pageant. It was held at The Cove in Okada Manila, Parañaque, Metro Manila on July 10, 2019. It is the first time that the pageant was held on a weekday, and in the afternoon. The pageant reverted back to its original name "Miss Philippines Earth" after being held last year under the name "Miss Earth Philippines".

Miss Earth 2022 was the 22nd Miss Earth pageant, held at the Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines on 29 November 2022. The competition returned to the Philippines into a standard format for the first time since 2019, after easing travel restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
