The Miss Polski is a national beauty pageant in Poland to select the official ambassador of Poland at the Miss Universe, Miss International and Miss Supranational pageants. This pageant is a famous Polish national pageant after Miss Polonia. This pageant is unrelated to the Miss Polonia pageant.

Miss Earth Poland is a title given to a Polish woman who represents Poland at Miss Earth, which is an annual international beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness. The current franchise holder for Miss Earth in Poland is Miss Polonia, who was also the franchise holder for 13 years since 2002.

Miss Polonia 2019 was the 42nd Miss Polonia pageant, held on November 24, 2019. The winner of Miss Polonia was Karolina Bielawska of Łódź and she represented Poland at Miss World 2021 and became the second woman from Poland to be crowned Miss World. The 1st Runner-up, Aleksandra Kielan, will represent the country at Miss Charm 2020. 2nd Runner-Up, Karina Nowak, was supposed to represent the country in Miss Grand International 2020 but did not compete for unknown reasons.

Miss Polonia 2016 was the 39th Miss Polonia pageant, held on November 12, 2016. The winner was Izabella Krzan of Warmia-Masuria and she represented Poland in Miss Universe 2016. 2nd Runner-Up, Katarzyna Włodarek later represented Poland in Miss Universe 2017 due to the pageant taking place prior to Miss Polonia 2017. 1st Runner-Up, Dominika Szymańska represented the country in Miss Earth 2017.

The winner was Agata Biernat of Łódź and she represented Poland in Miss World 2018 at Sanya. 1st Runner-Up Magdalena Swat represented Poland at Miss Universe 2018. 2nd Runner-Up Malwina Ratajczyk presented the country at Miss Grand International 2018.

Miss Polonia 2010 was the 36th Miss Polonia pageant, held on December 11, 2010. The winner was Rozalia Mancewicz of Podlasie and she represented Poland in Miss Universe 2011 and Miss International 2012.

Miss Polonia 2009 was the 35th Miss Polonia pageant, held on October 24, 2009. The winner was Maria Nowakowska of Lower Silesia and she represented Poland in Miss Universe 2010. Top 5 finalist Beata Polakowska represented Poland at Miss Earth 2010. Top 10 finalist Żaneta Sitko represented the country at Miss International 2010.

Miss Polonia 2000 was the 26th Miss Polonia pageant, held on October 14, 2000. The winner was Justyna Bergmann of Kuyavia-Pomerania and she represented Poland in Miss World 2000. 1st Runner-Up Malgorzata Rozniecka represented Poland at Miss International 2001. 2nd Runner-Up Monika Gruda represented the country at Miss Universe 2001.

Miss Polonia 2005 was the 31st Miss Polonia pageant, held on September 2, 2005. The winner was Malwina Ratajczak of Opole and she represented Poland in Miss World 2005 and Miss Baltic Sea 2006. Top 5 finalist Marta Jakoniuk represented Poland Miss International 2006. Top 5 finalist Francys Mayela Barraza Sudnicka represented the country at both Miss Universe 2006 and Miss Earth 2006.

Miss Supranational 2022 was the 13th edition of the Miss Supranational pageant, held on 15 July 2022, at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Chanique Rabe of Namibia crowned Lalela Mswane of South Africa at the end of the event. This edition marked the first back to back win for contestants from Africa, and the first Black woman who won Miss Supranational.

Miss Polski 2020 was the 31st Miss Polski pageant, held on January 17, 2021. The winner was Anna Maria Jaromin of Silesia. Jaromin was originally supposed to represent Poland in Miss Supranational 2021 but withdrew due to the Miss Polski Organization having other plans for Jaromin at other international contests, mainly Miss International 2022. The 1st Runner-up, Natalia Balicka of Upper Poland, replaced her and represented the country at Miss Supranational. This years pageant was originally slated for December 2020 but was post-poned to January 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Miss Polonia 2020 was the 43rd Miss Polonia pageant, held on March 8, 2021. The winner was Natalia Gryglewska of Silesia. Gryglewska represented Poland in Miss Grand International 2022 but unplaced. This years pageants was originally slated for November 2020 but was postponed to March 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Miss Polonia 2022 was the 44th Miss Polonia pageant, held on 27 May 2022. The winner was Krystyna Sokołowska of Podlaskie. Sokołowska is set to represent Poland at Miss World 2023. 2nd Runner-Up, Julia Baryga, represented Poland at Miss Earth 2022. Top 5 finalist, Sylwia Bober, represented the country at Miss Charm 2023 and placed in the Top 20. Top 5 finalist, Klaudia Andrzejewska, represented Poland at Miss Intercontinental 2022.
