Mitchell Kealey (born 28 January 1984) is an Australian middle-distance runner. [1] He set his personal best time of 3:36.00, by placing third at the 2010 Sydney Athletics Grand Prix in Sydney, New South Wales. [2] [3] Kealey is also a member of the track and field team, and a graduate of business management at the University of Queensland in Brisbane. [4]

Kealey qualified for the men's 1500 metres at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, after recorded an A-standard time of 3:36.21 in the same distance at the IAAF Golden League Meeting in Oslo, Norway. [5] He ran in the second heat against twelve other athletes, including Kenya's Asbel Kipruto Kiprop and United States' Bernard Lagat, who both considered top medal contenders in this event. He finished the race in eleventh place by five seconds ahead of Swaziland's Isaiah Msibi, with a time of 3:46.31. Kealey, however, failed to advance into the semi-finals, as he placed forty-fifth overall, and was ranked farther below five mandatory slots for the next round. [6]

Mowen Boino is a Papua New Guinean track and field athlete, who specialized in 400 metres and in 400 metres hurdles. He is a three-time Olympian and four-time national record holder for the 400 m hurdles. He also achieved his personal best time of 50.37 seconds at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia.

Rehan Jahangir Poncha is an Indian former swimmer, Olympian, Arjuna Award winner and a six-time national champion, who specialized in backstroke, butterfly, and individual medley events. He is also the recipient of the Eklavya Award from the Karnataka Olympic Association. He is a 6-time Indian swimming champion, and a 6-time record holder in the butterfly. Jovon Toppin is a Trinidadian sprinter, who specialized in the 400 metres. Toppin competed for the men's 4 × 400 m relay at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, along with his teammates Ato Modibo, Cowin Mills, and Stann Waithe. He ran on the second leg of the second heat, with an individual-split time of 45.92 seconds. Toppin and his team finished the relay in fifth place, for a seasonal best time of 3:04.12, failing to advance into the final.

Rudolf Götz is a Czech sprinter, who specialized in the 400 metres. He set a personal best time of 45.78 seconds at the 2008 Ostrava Golden Spike in Ostrava, earning him a spot on the Czech track and field team for the Olympics. He is also a member of the athletics team for ASK Slavia Praha, and is coached and trained by Petr Novotny.

Stanislav Sajdok is a Czech sprint hurdler. He set a personal best time of 13.53 seconds at the 2008 Ostrava Golden Spike in Ostrava, earning him a spot on the Czech track and field team for the Olympics.
