Mohammadpur Preparatory School and College is an educational institution located in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. [1] The institution was established in 1976. [2] Th institution offers two mediums of instruction, Bengali and English. The institution has separate campus facility for male and female students. The schedule has two shifts: the morning shift and the day shift. The morning shift is 8:00 am to noon while the day shift is 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Students from this institution appear in PEC, JSC, (until 2019) SSC and HSC public examinations. The school curriculum includes traditional secondary and higher secondary school academic subjects assigned by Dhaka Education Board as well as co-curricular activities. [3] The institution's music team scored first place for pure tune in the 2018 and 2019 national anthem competitions among all institutions in Bangladesh. [4]
