Lipps, Inc. was an American disco and funk group from Minneapolis, Minnesota. The group is best known for the chart-topping 1980 worldwide hit single "Funkytown", which hit No. 1 in 28 countries and was certified as double platinum in sales.

The diner located on the cover of the album is the Roadside Diner in Wall Township, NJ, near the crossroads of Route 33 and Route 34.

The album contains the minor hit "How Long", a cover of the 1974 hit by Ace, reaching number 4 on the U.S. dance chart and number 29 on the U.S. soul singles chart. It was not as successful as the group's previous album.
