The winner, Zenisha Moktan, represented Nepal at Miss World 2009, and the 1st Runner Up Richa Thapa Magar represented Nepal at Miss Earth 2009.
Hidden Treasures Miss Nepal 2011, the 15th Miss Nepal beauty pageant was held on the August 30, 2011, at the Tribhuvan Army Club in Kathmandu. The new main sponsor for the event Dabur Nepal was Lux. This year, 19 young women aged 19 years and above, had been shortlisted for the final from across the country. Sadichha Shrestha Miss Nepal 2010 winner, crowned her successor in the finale event at Tribhuvan Army Club. The winner, Malina Joshi, represented Nepal in the international pageants of Miss World 2011. First Runner Up Anupama Aura Gurung represented Nepal at Miss Earth 2011, and Sarina Maskey went to the Miss International 2011.

Miss Nepal 2011 Malina Joshi crowned Shristi Shrestha as Miss Nepal World 2012, who represented Nepal at Miss World 2012 with Nagma Shrestha and Subekshya Khadka crowned as Miss Nepal Earth 2012 and Miss Nepal International 2012 who went to Miss Earth 2012 and Miss International 2012 respectively.

Miss Nepal 2012 Shristi Shrestha crowned her successor Ishani Shrestha as Miss Nepal World 2013, she represented Nepal at Miss World 2013 pageant. Rojisha Shahi was chosen as Miss Nepal Earth 2013 and was sent to Miss Earth 2013 competition. Shritima Shah was chosen as Miss Nepal International 2013 and she represented Nepal for Miss International 2013 pageant.

Miss Nepal 2016 Asmi Shrestha crowned her successor Nikita Chandak as the new Miss Nepal World 2017 who represented Nepal in the Miss World 2017.
Team Chauraha Dhangadhi, often called Chauraha Dhangadhi is one of the six franchises competing on Dhangadhi Premier League. It was led by the national cricket team captain, Paras Khadka.The team represents the city of Dhangadhi in Kailali district of Nepal, and won the 2017 Dhangadhi Premier League Title, receiving a prize of 1.5 million Nepalese rupees. In the second season they defended their trophy beating Biratnagar kings. The group has produced 15 TV shows for Nepal Television and produced various radio dramas. One of the radio drama was 136 episodes long. During the coronation night, four major winners were crowned as Miss World Nepal 2020, Miss Earth Nepal 2020, Miss International Nepal 2020 and Miss Supranational Nepal 2020. Miss Universe Nepal was removed as a new organisation was created to center on Miss Universe called Miss Universe Nepal which is under the national director who is Nepal's representative in Miss Earth 2012 and Miss Universe 2017, Nagma Shrestha.
Miss Universe Nepal 2021 was the 5th edition of the Miss Universe Nepal pageant and 2nd edition under Umanga Creations, held on 30 October 2021 at Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu. Anshika Sharma crowned Sujita Basnet as the 5th Miss Universe Nepal to represent Nepal in Miss Universe 2021.
Miss Grand Nepal is an annual female beauty pageant in Nepal, that selects representatives to compete at Miss Grand International. The contest is organized as Miss Vibhaa by Umanga Creations, that owned the license since 2023. The reigning Miss Grand Nepal is Prema Lamgade of Bhairahawa, who was the winner of Miss Vibhaa 2024.
Miss Grand Nepal 2022 was the fourth edition of Miss Grand Nepal beauty pageant, co-organized by Izodom Nepal, Cosmo Group, and Bolly Club Group, held on 10 September 2022 at Hotel Shanker in Kathmandu. Fourteen national candidates, directly chosen by the central organizer through an online application and the audition round, competed for the title, of whom, Aishworya Shrestha from Bagmati Province was named the winner and then represented the country at Miss Grand International 2022 held on October 25, in Indonesia, but she got a non-placement.
