Times Mister India 2024 was the 6th edition of Mister India under the Times Group, this edition marked the longest interval since the previous in-person event in 2017, excluding the digital edition of 2021. Notably, the 2021 edition was a virtual event held solely to select a representative for Mister Supranational 2021.

Selection of participants

The official announcement for the 2024 Mister India pageant was posted on the Mister India social media accounts on July 7, 2024. Promoted by Rohit Khandelwal, the winner of Mister World 2016, the application period closed on July 13, 2024. A shortlist of 35 contestants was revealed in groups on Mister India's social media platforms on July 16. The final round of auditions took place in Mumbai on July 17, where the top eight finalists were selected. The winner and runners-up of Times Mister India 2024 were announced on July 20, 2024. [3]

Rahul Rajasekharan, Mister Supranational Asia 2021 and Mister India 2015 1st Runner-up, was announced as the mentor for the Mister India 2024 contestants on July 16, 2024, via Mister India's official social media handle.

All 35 shortlisted contestants arrived in Mumbai on July 17th for the final audition day. Navpreet Kaur, Femina Miss India Punjab 2017, hosted the event. The contestants participated in a multi-stage audition process evaluated by an eight-member judging panel. The top eight semi-finalists were then announced on July 18th via the Mister India social media handle. [4] [5]

The 6th edition of Miss Diva took place on 31 August 2018. Top 19 contestants selected from all over the country competed in the pageant, who were mentored by Miss Universe 2000, Lara Dutta. At the end of the event, Miss Universe India 2017, Shraddha Shashidhar crowned Nehal Chudasama as her successor. She represented India at the 67th Miss Universe 2018 pageant held in Bangkok, Thailand on 16 December 2018. At the same event, Aditi Hundia was crowned as Miss Diva - Supranational 2018 and Roshni Sheoran was crowned as Runner-up. Miss Universe 2017, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters was a member of the jury. Miss Supranational 2017, Jenny Kim also graced the event. This was also the first miss diva pageant in which the finale was telecasted on the same day.

Miss Diva 2020 was the 8th edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant held on 22 February 2020. A total of 20 contestants were shortlisted from various auditions across the country. Vartika Singh crowned Adline Castelino as her successor and she represented India at Miss Universe 2020. Shefali Sood crowned Aavriti Choudhary as her successor and she represented India at Miss Supranational 2021. Miss Diva 2018 Runner up Roshni Sheoran crowned Neha Jaiswal as her successor. Anntonia Porsild, Miss Supranational 2019 graced the event. This was the first edition of Miss Diva under Liva Fluid Fashion.

Miss Diva 2021 was the 9th edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant which was held on 30 September 2021 in Hyatt Regency Hotel, Mumbai. The 20 shortlisted contestants from all over the country competed in the pageant. Adline Castelino crowned Harnaaz Sandhu as her successor. After three months, she represented India at Miss Universe 2021 and became the 3rd Miss Universe from India to win the crown. Aavriti Choudhary crowned Ritika Khatnani as her successor. She represented India at Miss Supranational 2022 and won the title of Miss Supranational Asia 2022. Neha Jaiswal crowned Sonal Kukreja as 1st Runner-Up, whereas Kriti Sanon sashed all the remaining Runners-Up. Divita Rai was selected to represent India at Miss Universe 2022 and placed in the top 16.

Rahul Rajasekharan Nair is an Indian model, actor and the winner of Mister Supranational India 2021 beauty pageant title. He represented India at Mister Supranational 2021 held on 22 August 2021 at Nowy Sącz, Poland and made it to the Top 10 finalists and also bagged the Mister Supranational Asia 2021 title.

Miss Diva 2022 was the 10th edition of the Miss Diva pageant, held at the Famous Studios in Mumbai, India, on 30 October 2022.

Femina Miss India 2024 was the 60th edition of Femina Miss India pageant, marking its diamond jubilee, was held on October 16, 2024 in Mumbai, featuring 30 contestants representing all 29 states, including Delhi, along with a combined representative for the Union Territories. The full show will air on Doordarshan on November 10, 2024, and will also be available for streaming on the JioCinema OTT platform from the same date.
