NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships – Men's high jump

This is a list of the NCAA outdoor champions in the high jump. Measurement of the jumps was conducted in imperial distances (feet and inches) until 1975. Metrication occurred in 1976, so all subsequent championships were measured in metric distances.

The Florida Gators track and field program represents the University of Florida in the sport of track and field. The program includes separate men's and women's teams, both of which compete in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Southeastern Conference (SEC). The Gators host their home indoor meets in the Stephen C. O'Connell Center and their home outdoor meets at Percy Beard Track, both located on the university's Gainesville, Florida campus. In May 2018, she finished first at the National Women's 1500-meters at the Prefontaine Classic in a time of 4:07.74.

Yared Nuguse is an American middle-distance runner who specializes in the 1500 metres. He qualified for the 1500 at the 2020 Summer Olympics with his personal best time of 3:34.68 and by finishing third at the Olympic Trials but did not participate due to a quad injury. He competes collegiately for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
