The 2025 Stand & Deliver is an upcoming professional wrestling event produced by WWE for its developmental brand NXT. It will be the fifth annual NXT Stand & Deliver event and take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025 as part of WrestleMania 41 weekend, at the T-Mobile Arena in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada. This will be the first Stand & Deliver to livestream on Netflix in most markets outside the United States.
Stand & Deliver is an annual professional wrestling event held during WrestleMania weekend by WWE for its developmental brand, NXT, since 2021. On January 30, 2025, NXT's fifth annual Stand & Deliver event was announced to be held on be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the T-Mobile Arena in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada. [1] It will take place during the afternoon of WrestleMania 41 Night 1. In addition to Peacock in the United States, this will be the first Stand & Deliver to livestream on Netflix in all international markets outside the United States following the WWE Network's merger under the service in January. [2] [1] Starting from Halloween Havoc in 2024, all major NXT events now used the WWE logo, making the first Stand & Deliver event to use the promotion's logo since its inception.
The event will include matches that result from scripted storylines. Results are predetermined by WWE's writers on the NXT brand, while storylines are produced on WWE's weekly television program, NXT . [3] [4]

NXT TakeOver was a series of periodic professional wrestling events produced by the American promotion WWE for its NXT brand division. The first TakeOver was simply titled TakeOver and was held in May 2014 as the brand's second major live event, after Arrival in February. TakeOver subsequently became the name for NXT's major events that were held several times a year. Beginning with the second event, TakeOver: Fatal 4-Way, many events included a subtitle, which either revived old WWE event names or were named after the event's location, some of which occurred annually, but some of the later ones were simply titled by their installment number. NXT TakeOver: Dallas was the ninth NXT TakeOver professional wrestling livestreaming event produced by WWE. It was held exclusively for wrestlers from the promotion's developmental territory, NXT. The event aired exclusively on the WWE Network and took place on April 1, 2016, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas. The event was held as part of the WrestleMania 32 weekend festivities, in turn being the first TakeOver to take place during a WrestleMania weekend.
WWE Roadblock, known as NXT Roadblock since 2022, is a professional wrestling event series produced by WWE, a Connecticut-based professional wrestling promotion. The event was established in March 2016, and this inaugural event was simply titled Roadblock and aired exclusively on the WWE Network streaming service. The second event was then held in December 2016 under the name Roadblock: End of the Line where in addition to the WWE Network, it also aired on traditional pay-per-view (PPV) outlets. To coincide with the brand extension reintroduced in July 2016, this second event was held exclusively for wrestlers from the Raw brand. WWE Worlds Collide, also known as NXT Worlds Collide, was a professional wrestling event series produced by WWE, an American-based professional wrestling promotion. Established in 2019, the concept is interbrand competition between WWE's various brand divisions. Although the event has been held primarily for WWE's developmental territories, NXT and the former NXT UK, other brands have also been featured. The event was put on hiatus after the 2020 event but returned in 2022. The 2022 event was also the last event for NXT UK as it was planned to be relaunched as NXT Europe in 2023.

It will take place as a two-night event on Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, marking the second WrestleMania to take place in the Las Vegas area, after WrestleMania IX in 1993, which was held at Caesars Palace. The event will air via pay-per-view (PPV) and livestreaming and will feature wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. This will be the first WrestleMania to livestream on Netflix in international markets, following the WWE Network's merger under the platform in January 2025. This will also be the first WrestleMania to be held during Easter weekend. The event will also feature John Cena's final WrestleMania match in his 23-year career.

It was the second annual Battleground held for the promotion's developmental brand NXT, and the seventh Battleground overall. In partnership with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), WWE's sister company under TKO Group Holdings, the event took place on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at the UFC Apex in the Las Vegas suburb of Enterprise, Nevada. It was WWE's first event held at the venue and aired via the company's livestreaming platforms. Rapper Sexyy Red hosted the event.

It will be the fifth annual Vengeance Day event held for the promotion's developmental brand NXT, and the 13th Vengeance overall as well as the first not to use the NXT logo since 2011. The event will air via WWE's livestreaming platforms and will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the Entertainment and Sports Arena in Washington, D.C. This will be the first Vengeance, as well as NXT's first major event, to livestream on Netflix in most markets outside the United States.
