This is a list of sites in Minnesota which are included in the National Register of Historic Places. There are more than 1,700 properties and historic districts listed on the NRHP; each of Minnesota's 87 counties has at least 2 listings. Twenty-two sites are also National Historic Landmarks.

The Pest House in Stillwater Township, Minnesota, United States, is a former quarantine facility used by the city of Stillwater circa 1872 to 1910. It is a rare surviving example of a pest house, a common public health strategy of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, where people with contagious diseases were isolated. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 for having local significance in the theme of health/medicine. The original three-room Pest House has been converted into a private residence, with the addition of a porch on the southeast and a rear wing to the northwest.
The St. Croix Boom Company House and Barn is a historic residence in Stillwater Township, Minnesota, United States, built circa 1885. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 for its local significance in the theme of industry. It was nominated as the only known standing building associated with the St. Croix Boom Company, which operated a log boom critical to Minnesota's logging industry from 1856 to 1914.
The Guttenberg National Fish Hatchery and Aquarium Historic District is a nationally recognized historic district located in Guttenberg, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. At the time of its nomination the district consisted of four resources, all of which are contributing buildings. This district also contributes to the Front Street Historic District. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service had a long history of involvement with wildlife conservation in Iowa, especially fisheries. They established fish rescue program along the Mississippi River in 1903 and a research station at Fairport in 1910. The development of the lock and dam system in the 1930s brought the fish rescue operations to an end because they eliminated of the backwaters that trapped them. The fish hatchery was developed at that time.
The Patrick Casey House is a historic house in Aitkin, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1901 in a mix of Queen Anne and Neoclassical styles. Original owner Patrick Casey (1849–1910) was a partner in the Potter/Casey Company, the region's leading retail chain. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for having local significance in the themes of architecture and commerce. It was nominated for its association with one of Aitkin's most prominent businessmen at the turn of the 20th century, and for being one of northern Minnesota's few architecturally distinctive residences outside of Duluth and the Iron Range cities.
The Henry S. and Magdalena Schwedes House is a historic house in Wabasha, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1882, part of a unique trend among the city's merchant class for brick houses. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989 for its local significance in the theme of architecture. It was nominated for typifying Italianate architecture in its peak year of popularity in Wabasha, and for inaugurating a second generation of the town's merchants living in brick homes.
The Virginia–Rainy Lake Lumber Company Manager's Residence is a historic house in Virginia, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1910 to provide upscale quarters for the manager of the Virginia–Rainy Lake Lumber Company, the largest lumber company in the area. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 for its local significance in the themes of industry and social history. It was nominated for reflecting the social distance enforced between industry elites and laborers in the early 20th century. The city's working class population at the time was crowded into boarding houses and small cottages, and it was common for large companies to erect lavish residences for their managerial class in the belief that telegraphing class distinctions was essential for maintaining workforce discipline.
