Navarro is a partido in the northeast of Buenos Aires Province in Argentina.
The provincial subdivision has a population of about 16,000 inhabitants in an area of 1,630 km2 (630 sq mi), and its capital city is Navarro, which is around 100 km (62 mi) from Buenos Aires.

It has a population of 89,046. The town is named after the city of Boulogne-sur-Mer in northern France, where the Argentine general José de San Martín died in 1850.
