Neave is an unincorporated community located in Bracken County, Kentucky, United States.

History

A post office called Neave was established in 1879, and remained in operation until 1906. [2] A variant name was Holton's Corner. [3]

During the American Civil War, Fee worked at Camp Nelson to have facilities constructed to support freedmen and their families, and to provide them with education and preaching where the formerly enslaved men who had joined the Union Army were taken to be mustered out in the last years of the Civil War.
