The Netherlands Under-19 cricket team represents the Netherlands in Under-19 international cricket.

The team has been playing in international youth tournaments since 1979 [1] but have only participated in one U-19 World Cup in 2000. [2] They most recently participated in 2010 European U-19 Championship where they finished fourth, thus missing out on a chance for World Cup qualification. [3]

Future

The team played in the 2011 European U-19 Championship which was a challenge series, involving multiple matches played over a longer period of time. [4]

The tournament was originally organised by the European Cricket Council (ECC). Traditionally there have always been two divisions though the nature of these divisions has varied strongly over the years.

The Fiji national under-19 cricket team represents the Republic of Fiji in international under-19 cricket. The team's first recorded match came at the 1997 Youth Asia Cup, but the majority of its matches have come in the EAP Under-19 Trophy, against other teams in the ICC East Asia-Pacific (EAP) region. Fiji won the 2015 edition of the tournament, and consequently qualified for the 2016 Under-19 World Cup, becoming the first team outside of Papua New Guinea to qualify from the region.

Maxwell Patrick O'Dowd is a Dutch international cricketer who made his debut for the Netherlands national cricket team in June 2015. He is a right-handed opening batsman and has played for the Netherlands in three editions of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup.
