The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the global governing body of cricket. It was founded as the Imperial Cricket Conference in 1909 by representatives from Australia, England, and South Africa. It was renamed as the International Cricket Conference in 1965 and adopted its current name in 1987. The ICC has its headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Ireland men's cricket team represents all of Ireland in international cricket. The Irish Cricket Union, operating under the brand Cricket Ireland, is the sport's governing body in Ireland, and they organise the international team. The team have a number of home grounds, including Malahide in County Dublin, Stormont, Belfast, Bready in the north-west and Clontarf in Dublin city. The Saudi Arabia national cricket team is the team that represents the country of Saudi Arabia in international cricket. The team is organized by the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation, which became an affiliate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 2003 and an associate member in 2016. Saudi Arabia made its international debut at the 2004 ACC Trophy in Malaysia, and has since played regularly in Asian Cricket Council (ACC) tournaments. After finishing second in the 2014 ACC Elite League, the team qualified for the World Cricket League for the first time. Saudi Arabia was due to compete in the 2015 Division Six event, but members of the team were denied visas by the host country, forcing the team to withdraw.
Mehboob Alam is a Nepalese cricketer. An all-rounder Mehboob bats left-handed and is a left-arm fast bowler. He made his debut for Nepal against Japan in November 2000.
Shafiqullah Shafaq is an Afghan cricketer, who played for the Afghanistan national cricket team before being banned from cricket for corruption. He is a right-handed batsman who plays primarily as a wicketkeeper.
Noor Ali Zadran is a former Afghan cricketer who played for the Afghanistan national cricket team. Ali is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He cites Ricky Ponting as his cricketing hero and inspiration to play. His nephews Mujeeb Ur Rahman Zadran and Ibrahim Zadran also are Afghan international cricketers. He was first Afghan player to face a ball in ODIs. On 7 March 2024, he was announced his retirement from international cricket.
The ACC Under-19 Asia Cup is a cricket tournament organised by the ACC for Under-19 teams from its member nations. It was first held in 1989 in Bangladesh where India won the tournament. The second edition was played after 14 years in 2003 in Pakistan where India retained their title. In the group stages of 2003 edition, Irfan Pathan claimed 9/16 against Bangladesh. The third edition was played in Malaysia in 2012 where the trophy was shared by India and Pakistan after the final was tied. The fourth edition was held in 2013/14 in UAE which was won by India. The fifth edition was held in Sri Lanka in December 2016 and was won by India too. The sixth edition was held in November 2017 in Malaysia, which was won by Afghanistan by 185 run from Pakistan. The seventh edition was held in September & October 2018 in Bangladesh, which was won by India by 144 run from Sri Lanka. The eighth edition was held in September 2019 in Sri Lanka & India retained their title. The ninth edition had taken place in December 2021 in United Arab Emirates.
Patrick James Cummins is an Australian international cricketer who captains the Australia men's national cricket team in Test and One Day International cricket. He is also the current captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2024 Indian Premier League. Cummins is widely regarded as an all-time great fast bowler in Test cricket and one of the finest fast bowlers of his generation. He is also known for being a aggressive lower-order batsman. Cummins was a member of the Australian team that won the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup, 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup, and was the winning captain of the 2021–23 ICC World Test Championship and the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup.
Women's Twenty20 international (WT20I) is the shortest form of women's international cricket. A women's Twenty20 international is a 20 overs-per-side cricket match between two of the International Cricket Council (ICC) members. The first Twenty20 International match was held in August 2004 between England and New Zealand, six months before the first Twenty20 International match was played between two men's teams. The ICC Women's World Twenty20, the highest-level event in the format, was first held in 2009.
Gyanendra Malla is a Nepalese cricket coach and former captain of the Nepal national cricket team, currently serving as head coach of Nepal A team. He was a right-handed batsman and an occasional wicket-keeper. He made his debut against Namibia in March 2006. He was one of the cricketers who played in Nepal's first One Day International (ODI) match, against the Netherlands, in August 2018.
Jatinder Singh is an Indian-born cricketer who plays for the Oman national cricket team. He made his debut for the Omani national side at the 2011 World Cricket League Division Three tournament. He is a right-handed top-order batsman.

Raunaq Kapur is an Indian-born Hong Kong cricketer. In November 2019, he was named in Hong Kong's squad for the 2019 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Bangladesh. He made his List A debut for Hong Kong, against Bangladesh, in the Emerging Teams Cup on 14 November 2019. Later the same month, he was named in Hong Kong's squad for the Cricket World Cup Challenge League B tournament in Oman. In April 2024, he was named in Hong Kong's squad for the 2024 ACC Men's Premier Cup in Oman. During this tournament, he made his Twenty20 International debut against the Saudi Arabia national cricket team.

The 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier was a tournament that was played as part of qualification process for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup in October 2021. In April 2018, the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted full international status to Twenty20 men's matches played between member sides from 1 January 2019 onwards. Therefore, all the matches in the Regional Qualifiers were played as Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). The Asia Qualifier consisted of two sub-regional groups, A and B, with the groups being played in Qatar and Malaysia respectively. The winners of each sub-regional group progressed to one of two global qualifiers. On 2 September 2021, the ICC announced that Group A had been moved from Kuwait to Qatar.
