Neyab (Persian : نياب‎, also Romanized as Neyāb, Naiāb, Nīāb, and Niyab)^[1] is a village in Momenabad Rural District, in the Central District of Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 77, in 24 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Momenabad Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,997, in 2,592 families. The rural district has 98 villages.

The Central District of Sarbisheh County is a district (bakhsh) in Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 25,788, in 6,602 families. The District has one city: Sarbisheh. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Doreh Rural District and Momenabad Rural District.
