Nite Versions is a remix album by Soulwax, released on 26 September 2005 through PIAS. The album comprises remixes of songs from their third studio album, Any Minute Now .
The album opens with Soulwax's own take on Daft Punk's 1997 song "Teachers".
A hidden track is present before the start of track 1. The 51-second instrumental is untitled, but is an alternate version of the guitar riff from the original version of E Talking. The artwork for singles from the album form illusions. The album artwork was produced by Trevor Jackson.
In 2012, Nite Versions was awarded a double silver certification from the Independent Music Companies Association, [3] which indicated sales of at least 40,000 copies throughout Europe. "Another Excuse" and "Compute" are featured in Test Drive Unlimited .

In the field of recorded music, a hidden track is a song or a piece of audio that has been placed on a CD, audio cassette, LP record, or other recorded medium, in such a way as to avoid detection by the casual listener. In some cases, the piece of music may simply have been left off the track listing, while in other cases, more elaborate methods are used. In rare cases, a 'hidden track' is actually the result of an error that occurred during the mastering stage production of the recorded media. However, since the rise of digital and streaming services such as iTunes and Spotify in the late 2000s and early 2010s, the inclusion of hidden tracks has declined on studio albums.
Soulwax are a Belgian electronic band and DJ/production collective from Ghent, who formed in 1995. Centred around brothers David and Stephen Dewaele, other current members include Igor and Laima Cavalera, and Stefaan Van Leuven. The group first rose to prominence following the release of their album Much Against Everyone's Advice, and have released five studio albums to date. Outside of Soulwax, the Dewaeles also perform DJ sets under the moniker 2manydjs.
"All Nite (Don't Stop)" is a song recorded by American singer Janet Jackson for her eighth studio album, Damita Jo (2004). It was written and produced by Jackson and Swedish duo Bag & Arnthor (consisting of Anders Bagge and Arnthor Birgisson), with additional writing from Jimmy Jam, Terry Lewis and Tony "Prof T" Tolbert. Virgin Records released the song to contemporary hit radio in the United States on May 17, 2004, as the album's third and final single. A So So Def remix featuring Elephant Man was also issued. "All Nite (Don't Stop)" is an electro-funk and house song that contains elements of samba, Latin, dance-pop, and dancehall. Jackson sings the song in a breathy falsetto, while lyrically it discusses being addicted to dancing in a club setting.
Kane Brett Robinson, better known as Kano, is a British rapper, songwriter and actor from East Ham, London. As Heard on Radio Soulwax Pt. 2 is the first album to be released by Soulwax members David and Stephen Dewaele also known as 2ManyDJs. It consists of 45 remixed tracks by a series of diverse artists including Dolly Parton, Basement Jaxx and 10cc. While some of the tracks are conventional remixes, most tracks are mashup collages with the vocals of one song placed over the instrumental part of another. The sampled material was extensively cleared for commercial release; as a result, only 114 elements appear out of the 187 recordings that 2ManyDJs initially wished to use. The artwork of the album was also altered following lawsuit threats from the photographer of the original images.
Like Drawing Blood is the second studio album by Belgian-Australian singer-songwriter Gotye. All the sounds on the album were collected and assembled or performed by Wally De Backer in bedrooms around Melbourne between 2003 and 2005, and the record was mixed and mastered by François Tétaz. It was featured heavily by Triple J in May 2006. At the J Award of 2006, the album was nominated for Australian Album of the Year.
Any Minute Now is the third studio album by Belgian electronic music duo Soulwax. It was released on August 23, 2004 through the PIAS record label. It peaked at number 53 on the UK Albums Chart. All three singles from the album, "Any Minute Now", "E Talking" and "NY Excuse", reached the top 40 of the UK Singles Chart. Most of the tracks on Any Minute Now were remixed on Soulwax's follow-up record, 2005's Nite Versions.
Die Verboten is a Belgian krautrock-influenced band formed by David and Stephen Dewaele of Soulwax. The project, which also includes English-born electro artist Riton and his brother-in-law the artist and designer Fergadelic was announced in late 2006 in Belgian weekly magazine HUMO.
"Standing in the Way of Control" is a single by American indie rock band Gossip from the album of the same name. The remix by Le Tigre was released in 2005, the original was then released as a single in 2006, and was re-released again on February 26, 2007. The 2006 issue had climbed up to number 13 on the UK Singles Chart in early 2007 on download sales, but the 2007 re-release was under a new catalogue number, meaning that their six-place climb to number seven on March 4 was listed as a new entry rather than as a climber. But it reached the top spot in the UK Indie Chart for one week.

Besides the normal members of Soulwax, there is Laima Leyton on keys, Igor Cavalera, Blake Davies and Victoria Smith on drums. The first single from the album was "Transient Program for Drums and Machinery".

Deewee, stylized as DEEWEE is a record label founded in 2015 by David and Stephen Dewaele of the band Soulwax. The label operates from a building in Ghent (Belgium) that the Dewaele brothers nickname DEEWEE 001, referring to it as the first item on the label's catalog. The building was designed for the Dewaeles by Belgian architect Glenn Sestig. It houses the recording studio where all releases on the label are written, recorded or mixed.
