Odean Fabian Smith (born 1 November 1996) is a Jamaican cricketer. He made his international debut for the West Indies cricket team in April 2018. [1]
Smith made his List A debut on 16 January 2015 in the 2014–15 Regional Super50 tournament. [2] He made his Twenty20 debut for Jamaica Tallawahs in the 2017 Caribbean Premier League on 8 August 2017. [3] He made his first-class debut for Jamaica in the 2017–18 Regional Four Day Competition on 7 December 2017. [4]
In May 2018,Smith was selected to play for the Trinidad and Tobago national cricket team in the Professional Cricket League draft,ahead of the 2018–19 season. [5] [6] In November 2019,he was named in Trinidad and Tobago's squad for the 2019–20 Regional Super50 tournament. [7]
In June 2020,Smith was selected by Jamaica,in the players' draft hosted by Cricket West Indies ahead of the 2020–21 domestic season. [8] In July 2020,he was named in the Guyana Amazon Warriors squad for the 2020 Caribbean Premier League. [9] [10]
In November 2021,Smith was selected to play for the Dambulla Giants following the players' draft for the 2021 Lanka Premier League. [11] In February 2022,he was bought by the Punjab Kings in the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League tournament. [12] He is bought by Gujarat Titans to play in the IPL 2023 season for INR. 50 Lakh in the IPL auction held on 23 December 2022. [13]
In December 2015,Smith was named in the West Indies’squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. [14]
In March 2018,Smith was named in the West Indies squad for their Twenty20 International (T20I) series against Pakistan. [15] He made his T20I debut for the West Indies against Pakistan on 2 April 2018. [16]
In November 2021,Smith was named in the West Indies' One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) squads for their series against Pakistan. [17] In December 2021,he was named in the West Indies' ODI squad for their series against Ireland. [18] He made his ODI debut on 8 January 2022,for the West Indies against Ireland. [19]
Kieron Adrian Pollard is a former Trinidadian cricketer,who captained the West Indies cricket team in limited overs cricket. He currently plays in various T20 leagues around the globe as an all-rounder. He also captains MI Emirates and MI New York in the ILT20 and MLC respectively. He is currently serving as the batting coach of the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League. He was part of the 2012 ICC World T20 winning team for West Indies. During his period,he was one of the most aggressive batsman and he also has the record of six 6s in an over against Sri Lanka.

Lewis also holds the records of the highest retired hurt score,of 176 not out,in international cricket along with the highest score,of 125 not out,by a West Indian in T20 internationals. Lewis was a member of the West Indies team that won the 2016 T20 World Cup.

He also plays for Trinidad and Tobago in West Indian domestic matches and for Lucknow Super Giants in IPL. He made his international debut for the West Indies in September 2016. In May 2022,Pooran was named as the captain of the West Indies team for limited overs cricket. In November 2022,he stepped down as the limited overs captain of the West Indies team.
Carlos Ricardo Brathwaite is a cricketer from Barbados and a former captain of the West Indies Twenty20 International (T20I) team. He was a key member of the West Indies team that won the 2016 T20 World Cup,and his most notable innings was when he helped the team to win the 2016 ICC World Twenty20 Final with an innings of 34 not-out off 10 balls. Brathwaite hit the winning six to help the West Indies clinch their second T20 world title.
