The Offaly Senior Football Championship is an annual Gaelic football competition contested by top-tier Offaly GAA clubs. The Offaly County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association has organised it since 1896.

Honours

The trophy presented to the winners is the Dowling Cup. The club winning the Offaly Championship qualifies to represent the county in the Leinster Senior Club Football Championship, the winner of which progresses to the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship.

The Cavan Senior Football Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association club competition between the top Cavan Gaelic football clubs. It was first competed for in 1888. The winners get the Oliver Plunkett Cup and qualifies to represent their county in the Ulster Club Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship. Cornafean have won the most titles, having been victorious 20 times. The current Senior football champions are Gowna after beating Killygarry in the final of 2022.

The Carlow Senior Football Championship, is an annual Gaelic football competition contested by top-tier Carlow GAA clubs. The Carlow County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association has organised it since 1889.

The Louth Senior Football Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association competition organised by Louth GAA among the top Gaelic football clubs in County Louth, Ireland. The winning club qualifies to represent the county in the Leinster Senior Club Football Championship, the winner of which progresses to the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship.

Robert Emmet's Gaelic Athletic Club Slaughtneil is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based on the townland of Slaughtneil, near Maghera, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The club is a member of Derry GAA and competes in Gaelic football, hurling and camogie. The club is named after Irish patriot and revolutionary Robert Emmet and the club plays its home games at Emmet Park.

Tom Cribbin is a Gaelic football manager who, as of 2021, was in charge of Kildare GAA club Clane. He has managed three county teams: Laois, Offaly and Westmeath.

Ferbane/Belmont GAA is a football club in the Gaelic Athletic Association located in Ferbane in County Offaly, Ireland, 13 miles from Birr. The Ferbane GAA field is located in the town of Ferbane on the Ballycumber Road. Ferbane play in the Offaly championship.

Seán Dempsey is an Irish Gaelic football manager, coach, selector and former player. He played at minor, under-21 and senior level for the Laois county team. Dempsey later managed Laois at minor, under-21 and senior level and has been involved with the St Joseph's club, as well as several clubs in other counties.

Kevin Martin is an Irish hurling manager and former player. His league and championship career with the Offaly senior team lasted ten seasons from 1993 until 2003.

Patrick Fenning was an Irish Gaelic footballer. At club level he had success with Tullamore and was a two-time All-Ireland Senior Football Championship winner with the Offaly county team.

Rhode GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located just outside the Village of Rhode in County Offaly, Ireland. With 30 Senior Football wins they are the most successful team in Offaly GAA football history.

The 2016 Offaly Senior Football Championship was the 119th edition of Offaly GAA's premier Gaelic football competition for senior graded clubs in County Offaly, Ireland. Eight teams compete, with the winner representing Offaly in the Leinster Senior Club Football Championship.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Offaly county football team</span> Gaelic football team

The Offaly county football team represents Offaly in men's Gaelic football and is governed by Offaly GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The team competes in the three major annual inter-county competitions; the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Leinster Senior Football Championship and the National Football League.

Patrick Kerrigan was an Irish Gaelic football player and trainer. At club level he played with Rhode and was also a member of the Offaly senior football team. Kerrigan later served as trainer with Rhode and Walsh Island.

The 2022–23 All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship was the 52nd staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county club Gaelic football tournament. The draws for the respective provincial championships took place at various stages between June and September 2022. The championship ran from 22 October 2022 to 22 January 2023.

The 2023–24 All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship is scheduled to be the 53rd staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county club Gaelic football tournament. The draws for the respective provincial championships took place at various stages. The championship is scheduled to run from October 2023 to January 2024.
