St. Clair County is a county located in the western portion of the U.S. state of Missouri. As of the 2020 census, the population was 9,284. Its county seat is Osceola. The largest city is Appleton City. The county was organized in 1841 and named after General Arthur St. Clair, Governor of the Northwest Territory. St. Clair was also the 9th president of the United States in Congress Assembled. Under his presidency, the Northwest Ordinance and United States Constitution were passed.
St. Clair County is the ninth most populous county in Illinois. Located directly east of St. Louis, the county is part of the Metro East region of the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area in southern Illinois. As of the 2020 United States census, St. Clair County had a population of 257,400, making it the third most populous county in Illinois outside the Chicago metropolitan area. Belleville is the county’s seat and largest city.
Turners or Turner is a small unincorporated community in Greene County, Missouri, United States. It lies on the southeast side of the James River floodplain approximately 3.5 miles east of U.S. Route 65 in east Springfield. The community lies at the intersection of Routes D and J near the confluence of Turner Creek with the James River. The old St. Louis–San Francisco Railway passed through the community.
Cherryville is an unincorporated community in southeastern Crawford County, Missouri, United States. It is located on Route 19, approximately ten miles south of Steelville, at the northern terminus of Route 49. It is near the Mark Twain National Forest.
Lonedell is an unincorporated community in southeastern Franklin County, Missouri, United States. It is at the intersection of Route 30 and routes N and FF and approximately eight miles east of St. Clair. The Little Meramac River flows just south of the community.

The Osage arm of the Truman Reservoir and the Henry-St Clair county line is approximately one mile to the south. The Grand River arm of the reservoir is about two miles to the north of the community.

It is on a ridge between the Sac River to the west and Coon Creek to the east. Waters of the Truman Reservoir reach into the Sac and Coon Creek to the northwest and northeast of the community.
Piney Park or Piney Bluff Park is a community in Franklin County in the U.S. state of Missouri. The community is on Missouri Route K approximately four miles southeast of Saint Clair.
