Olympiacos F.C. Youth Academy is the football academy system of Greek professional football club Olympiacos F.C. consisting of six official youth teams (Under-10, Under-13, Under-14, Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19), based on the young athletes' age. [1] In April 2024, the Olympiacos Youth U-19 team won, for the first time, the UEFA Youth League Championchip 2023–24.

Other age-based youth teams (e.g. Under-8) are also part of the academy, however they do not appear as official youth teams. Olympiacos' U-15, U-17 and U-20 teams all play in Greek Superleague's youth competitions (Super League U-15, U-17 and U-19 respectively), while the U19 team is a regular participant in the UEFA Youth League. The latter also featured in the 2012-13 Next Gen Series, reaching the quarter-finals of the competition.

The 2007–08 season was Olympiacos's 49th consecutive season in the Super League Greece and their 82nd year in existence. The club were played their 11th consecutive season in the UEFA Champions League. Manager Takis Lemonis left the club by mutual consent on 11 March 2008 due to the club's lower-than-expected performance of the team in the Superleague, and was replaced by his assistant, José Segura.

Olympiacos also participated in UEFA Champions League 2009–10, and managed to qualify to the knock-stage. They lost twice from French side Bordeaux, 3–1 on aggregate.

He was born in Trikala, Thessaly but comes from the nearby village of Sarakina, close to the town of Kalabaka.

The 2014–15 season was Olympiacos's 56th consecutive season in the Super League Greece and their 89th year in existence. Olympiacos also participated in the Greek Cup.

The 2015–16 season was Olympiacos's 57th consecutive season in the Super League Greece and their 90th year in existence. The club was managed to become the champions for 6th consecutive year and for 18th time during the last 20 seasons. Olympiacos also participated in the Greek Football Cup, losing at the final against AEK Athens. They also took part in the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.

Panathinaikos maintains youth and amateur departments since the 1950s, while Panathinaikos F.C. manage them since 1981. They cooperate with a network of 55 soccer schools in Greece, while they were the first Greek club with academies abroad.

The 2015–16 Super League Greece was the 80th season of the highest tier in league of Greek football and the tenth under its current title. The season started on 22 August 2015 and ended in May 2016. The league comprised fourteen teams from the 2014–15 season and two promoted from the 2014–15 Football League. Olympiacos won their sixth consecutive title and 43rd overall, making a record collection of points in a championship of 30 games.

The 2015–16 season was PAOK's 90th in existence and the club's 57th consecutive season in the top flight of Greek football. The team entered the Greek Cup in the Second Round and competed in UEFA Europa League starting from the second qualifying round.

The 2016–17 season was Olympiacos's 58th consecutive season in the Super League Greece and their 91st year in existence. The club become the national champions for 7th consecutive year, equalizing the previous record Olympiacos also has for the period 1997–2003 – and for 19th time during the last 21 seasons. Olympiacos participated in the UEFA Europa League and in the Greek Football Cup.

The 2016–17 season is PAS Giannina's 6th consecutive season in the Super League Greece and their 51st year in existence. They also took part in the UEFA Europa League. PAS Giannina qualified for the third qualifying round after beating Norwegian club Odd, they eventually disqualified, after losing to Dutch club AZ. It was the first time that PAS Giannina participated in the qualification process of a European competition organised by UEFA.

The 2017–18 season was Olympiacos's 59th consecutive season in the Super League Greece and their 92nd year in existence. Olympiacos finished 3rd in the league, stopping their 7-year run as champions. They also participated in the Greek Football Cup, where they reached the quarterfinals, and in the UEFA Champions League finishing 4th in the group stage, after managing to qualify during the summer qualification. There was also a record created for season tickets sold. For the first time since the 2009–10 season Olympiacos did not win any competition.

PAOK Academy is the football academy system of Greek professional football club PAOK consisting of eleven official youth teams, based on the young athletes' age. PAOK's U15, U17 and U20 teams all play in Greek Superleague's. Ιn 2016–17 season, U20 team participated in UEFA Youth League as a champion on official superleague U17 2015–16. This academy holds more than 280 young players, and also more than 50 people work there. The PAOK Academy maintains 16 training centers outside of Thessaloniki. These are in Athens, Didimoticho, Alexandroupoli, Komotini - Xanthi, Kilkis, Kavala, Drama, Kozani, Katerini, Lamia, Corfu, Rethymnon, Chios, Chalkidiki, Cyclades and Rhodes.
