The Pakistan cricket team toured Scotland to play two Twenty20 International (T20I) matches at The Grange Club, Edinburgh, on 12 and 13 June 2018. [1] [2] Pakistan last toured Scotland in May 2013 to play two One Day Internationals. [1] Both teams last met in a T20I fixture in the group stage of the 2007 ICC World Twenty20 tournament. [1] This was the first time that Scotland had played a home T20I match against a full member side. [3]

The tour followed Pakistan's tour of England and their one Test series in Ireland. England also played a single ODI against Scotland on 10 June at the same ground. In May 2018, Cricket Scotland named a provisional 24-man squad for the matches against England and Pakistan. [4] Pakistan won the two-match series 2–0. [5]

Andrew Balbirnie is an Irish cricketer, the current captain of the Ireland cricket team in all formats. Balbirnie is a right-handed batsman and an occasional wicket-keeper. The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) looked at the possibility of playing the T20I matches at the Central Broward Regional Park in Florida, as they did against India in August 2016. However, the WICB kept all the fixtures for this tour in the Caribbean.

The Pakistan cricket team toured New Zealand in January 2018 to play five One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. New Zealand won the ODI series 5-0, their second ever 5-0 bilateral series win, the first being against the West Indies in 2000. Pakistan won the T20I series 2–1. It was Pakistan's first T20I series win in New Zealand and as a result, Pakistan moved to the top of the ICC T20I Championship rankings.

The West Indies cricket team toured Pakistan in April 2018 to play three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. Pakistan won the series 3–0. Following the conclusion of the series, Pakistan's captain Sarfaraz Ahmed said that "no team will be using security concerns as an excuse in the future. This year or the next year, (international) cricket will come back to Pakistan". The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are hoping to play a full international series against a Full Member side in Pakistan by 2020.

The Pakistan cricket team toured England between April and June 2018 to play two Test matches. Ahead of the Tests, Pakistan played first-class matches against Kent and Northamptonshire. They then travelled to Dublin to play Ireland in their first Test match, before playing a two-day match against Leicestershire ahead of the first Test against England. 2018 Zimbabwe Tri-Nation Series International cricket tournament

The 2018 Zimbabwe Tri-Nation Series was a cricket tournament held from 1 to 8 July 2018 in Zimbabwe. It was a tri-nation series between Australia, Pakistan and Zimbabwe, with all the matches played as Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) at the Harare Sports Club. In the fourth T20I, Pakistan beat Zimbabwe by seven wickets, therefore Australia and Pakistan qualified for the final. Pakistan defeated Australia in the final by six wickets to win the series.

The Australian cricket team toured England in June 2018 to play five One Day International (ODIs) and one Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. Ahead of the ODIs, Australia played List A matches against Sussex and Middlesex.

The 2018 England women's Tri-Nation Series was a cricket tournament that took place in England in June and July 2018. It was a tri-nation series between England women, South Africa women and the New Zealand women cricket teams. The matches were played as Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) fixtures, with two matches were played each day. The top two teams progressed to the final on 1 July 2018.

The Pakistan cricket team toured Australia from October to December 2019 to play two Tests and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The Test series formed part of the inaugural 2019–21 ICC World Test Championship. The second Test was a day/night match at the Adelaide Oval. Cricket Australia confirmed the fixtures for the tour in May 2019.

The Australia cricket team toured England to play three One Day International (ODI) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches in September 2020. The ODI matches formed part of the inaugural 2020–22 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League. Originally, the matches were scheduled to take place in July 2020, but were moved back to September 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On 14 August 2020, Cricket Australia named a touring squad of 21 players, after gaining government exemptions to travel to the United Kingdom. The T20Is were played at the Rose Bowl in Southampton, the ODIs were played at Old Trafford in Manchester, with all the fixtures played behind closed doors.

The England women's cricket team played the Pakistan women's cricket team in Malaysia in December 2019. The tour consisted of three Women's One Day Internationals (WODIs), which formed part of the 2017–20 ICC Women's Championship, and three Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is). All of the matches were played at the Kinrara Oval in Kuala Lumpur. Pakistan have played England eight times previously in WODI matches, without recording a win. In WT20Is, the teams have faced each other ten times previously, with England winning nine of those matches.
