As of the 2020 census [1] there were 167 people, 132 households, and 119 families residing in the township. The population density was 4.65 inhabitants per square mile (1.80/km2). There were 107 housing units at an average density of 2.98 per square mile (1.15/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 98.80% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.20% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.20% of the population.
There were 132 households, out of which 41.70% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.48% were married couples living together, 6.82% had a female householder with no spouse present, and 9.85% were non-families. 9.80% of all households were made up of individuals, and none had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.61 and the average family size was 2.77.
