Patrick Yu was a suffragan bishop in the Anglican Diocese of Toronto, Canada from 2006 to 2017: he is in charge of the York-Scarborough area of the Diocese. [1]

Yu was educated at Wycliffe College, Toronto and the Toronto School of Theology; [2] and ordained in 1981. After a curacy at Scarborough, he was the incumbent of Coldwater-Medonte from 1983 to 1990, St Theodore of Canterbury, Toronto from 1991 to 1997 and Saint Timothy, Agincourt from 1997 until his election as Suffragan Bishop in 2006. [3]

Bishop Yu retired in early 2017 and commenced as a teacher at Minghua Theological College in Hong Kong. [4]

Victoria Matthews is a Canadian Anglican bishop. From 2008 until 2018, she served as Bishop of Christchurch in the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia. In 1994, she became the first woman ordained bishop in the Anglican Church of Canada when she was made a suffragan bishop of the Diocese of Toronto. She then served as the Bishop of Edmonton from 1997 to 2007.

Before ordination, she studied chemistry at university and worked in the oil industry. After ordination in the Church of England, she served in the Diocese of Liverpool in parish ministry, chaplaincy, and church planting.
