Rikl won the 2016 French Open boys' doubles title alongside Israeli Yshai Oliel. The pair defeated Chung Yun-seong and Orlando Luz in the final. [1]

Rikl is the son of Czech former tennis player David Rikl. [2]

Partnering with Petr Nouza, Rikl was runner-up in the doubles at the 2024 Stockholm Open, losing to top seeds Harri Heliövaara and Henry Patten in the final. [3]

Harri Heliövaara and Henry Patten defeated Max Purcell and Jordan Thompson in the final, 6–7(7–9), 7–6(10–8), 7–6(11–9) to win the gentlemen's doubles tennis title at the 2024 Wimbledon Championships. They saved three championship points en route to both players' first major title in men's doubles. Heliövaara became the first Finnish man to win the title. Patten became the third British man in the Open Era to win the title after Neal Skupski and Jonathan Marray. Heliövaara and Patten became the first unseeded team to win the title since Vasek Pospisil and Jack Sock in 2014.

The 2024 Stockholm Open was a professional men's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the 55th edition of the tournament, and part of the ATP Tour 250 series of the 2024 ATP Tour. It took place at the Kungliga tennishallen in Stockholm, Sweden from 14 to 20 October 2024.
