Otuoma Paul Nyongesa (born 15 September 1966) is a Kenyan politician. He was a member of Orange Democratic Movement until 21 April 2017 when he tendered his resignation. He was elected to represent the Funyula Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election [1] and was the minister for the Local Government from 2010-2013. He was a member of Parliament for Funyula Constituency until August 2017 when he contested for gubernatorial seat for Busia County against his rival Sospeter Ojamoong but failed. Otuoma was born on 15 September 1966. He attended Khalsa primary school in Nairobi, Eastleigh High School in Nairobi from 1981 to 1984, and then went to Nairobi school1 from 1985 to 1986. Otuoma is a veterinarian by training, holding a Bachelor's of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Nairobi (1991), where he also earned an MBA in 2001. [2] He is married with 5 children.

The Nairobi School is a national secondary school in Nairobi, Kenya. It was founded in 1902 by the British settlers who had made Nairobi their home after the construction of the Uganda Railway. Funyula Constituency is an electoral constituency in Kenya. It is one of seven constituencies in Busia County. The constituency was established for the 1997 elections. At independence it was known as Busia Central represented in parliament by the Late James Machio till 1967 upon his death. During the resulting By-elections the seat was won by the Late Habil Kanani who lost the seat to Arthur Ochwada in the General Elections of 1969. Ochwada served one term and lost to Dr. Julia Ojiambo in the General Election of 1974. Dr. Ojiambo served two terms and lost Moody Awori in the snap General Elections of 1983.

Mbuvi Gideon Kioko Mike Sonko commonly known as Sonkoree, Mike Sonko or simply Sonko, is a Kenyan politician. He served as the second Governor of Nairobi. He was removed from the office of the governor by a form of impeachement by the Senate of the Republic of Kenya on Abuse of Office, Gross Misconduct and Crimes under National Law on 17 December 2020. He becomes the second governor in Kenya to be impeached after Kiambu's Ferdinand Waititu.

Timothy Ansah (1919-2008) was a Ghanaian educationist and politician. He was a member of parliament for the Tarkwa-Aboso constituency from 1965 to 1966. Prior to entering parliament, he taught in various educational institutions. He was the headmaster for Nsein Senior High School from 1960 to 1974.
