Ragam is South India’s largest Cultural fest hosted by National Institute of Technology, Calicut. Ragam blends a series of fine arts, socio-cultural and literary events, along with a variety of workshops, exhibitions and informal events. The fest attracts thousands of visitors to the campus annually and is one of the most popular cultural fests in India.
Spring Fest, known as SF, is the annual social and cultural festival of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur held during January in the spring semester. The first edition was held in 1960. The 60th edition of Spring Fest was held from January 24 to 27, 2019.
Incident is the annual cultural festival of the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) in Surathkal, Karnataka, India. The fest is a four-day-long event held in March in the even semester of the NITK Calendar. Benny Dayal is an Indian playback singer. He is a prominent singer in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati and Marathi and more languages films. He has sung more than 3500 songs in 19+ Indian languages. He is a member of the band S5, launched by SS Music TV channel. He made his acting debut in the Malayalam movie By the People, a suspense thriller. All the songs were sung by S5 members and it was then that A.R. Rahman noticed him and took an audition.

Moksha, the annual cultural festival of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), started in 2003. It is organised in March. Moksha is a three-day national cultural extravaganza held at NSUT every even semester of the academic year of the college, with the most popular events being Hasya-Kavi Sammelan, FahreChoreography, Fashion show, Pop Show, Rock Show and the Star Night amongst others. It is considered to be one of the biggest cultural fests of Delhi and attracts sponsorships from top corporate houses of India like TCS, Intel and Airtel. The fest is attended by colleges from all over India and has enjoyed the presence of big names from within and across borders, like Edward Maya, KK, Akcent, and Strings, the Pakistani band.

Started in 2012, ATMOS aims at improving the technical culture among Indian colleges as well as providing a platform to showcase their abilities. In its sixth year now, ATMOS is growing rapidly with participation from students, academicians, entrepreneurs and speakers from all over India.
Verba Maximus is the annual literary festival of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. It is one of the 4 fests conducted in the college, the other 3 being Atmos, Pearl and Arena. It is a national event, held usually in the last weeks of January or the first week of February. Regional rounds, preceding the main fest in Hyderabad, are generally conducted in major metropolitan cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam and feature events like Just a Minute (JAM), spell bee, and debate.
Riviera is the Annual International Sports and Cultural Carnival of the Vellore Institute of Technology. It is an International 4-day event that consists of sports competitions, social and cultural events along with concerts. The 2016 edition of Riviera witnessed a footfall of more than 30,000 students from over 650 colleges from across the country. It is organised primarily by the students of the college. It has a wide variety of competitions and events, which range from dramatic, literary, musical, dance, debate events all the way to informal events. It is usually held in the month of February every year.
Highway 69 is an Indian heavy metal band. The band was formed in 2012 in Ranchi by vocalist Tarang Kerketta and guitarist Alvin Rozario, and has been based in Ranchi ever since its formation. The band has been the winners of numerous battle of band titles across their country and is known for their fast tempos, instrumental and aggressive style of playing. The band has performed twice as the finalists at Hornbill International Rock Contest of Hornbill Festival in Nagaland for the year 2017 and 2018. Their drummer has also bagged the title of the 'Best Drummer' in the year 2017 at this festival and was felicitated by Uday Benegal from the Indus Creed which is a band considered to be the pioneers of the Indian rock music.
