The People's Party of Cantabria (Spanish : Partido Popular de Cantabria, PP) is the regional section of the People's Party of Spain (PP) in Cantabria. It was formed in 1989 from the re-foundation of the People's Alliance.

He also served as the 5th Vice President of Cantabria from 1995 to 2003 and regional Minister of Public Works, Housing and Urbanism in the same period. Despite developing his political career at the regional level, he is very well known in national politics.
