Porgoli-ye Olya (Persian : پرگلي عليا‎, also Romanized as Porgolī-ye ‘Olyā; also known as Palkūlī)^[1] is a village in Jalalvand Rural District, Firuzabad District, Kermanshah County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 101, in 21 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Jalalvand Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Firuzabad District, Kermanshah County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,448, in 1,349 families. The rural district has 55 villages.

Firuzabad District is a district (bakhsh) in Kermanshah County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 24,849, in 5,219 families. The District has one city: Halashi.
