Qeymas (Persian : قيماس‎, also Romanized as Qeymās; also known as Kainas and Kāynas)^[1] is a village in Mahidasht Rural District, Mahidasht District, Kermanshah County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 134, in 36 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Mahidasht Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Mahidasht District, Kermanshah County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 13,107, in 3,045 families. The rural district has 78 villages.
