Negeri Sembilan is a state in Malaysia which lies on the western coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It borders Selangor on the north, Pahang in the east, and Melaka and Johor to the south.

The Chennai Bypass is a full-access controlled expressway that interconnects four radial Indian National Highways around Chennai, India covering a distance of 32 km (20 mi) from Perungalathur(near Tambaram) on NH45 to Madhavaram on NH 5 via Maduravoyal at a cost of ₹ 4,050 million. This was the first federal by-election since the historic May 2018 general election, which saw the first-ever change of federal government in Malaysia's history.
