Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210 is a school district in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Created in 1951, the district serves the communities of New Lenox, Frankfort, Mokena, Manhattan, and small portions of Tinley Park and Orland Park. Three high schools comprise Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210: Lincoln-Way Central, Lincoln-Way East, and Lincoln-Way West. Lincoln-Way Central and Lincoln-Way West are located in New Lenox; Lincoln-Way East is located in Frankfort. District 210 offices are located at Lincoln-Way Central. Effective since the 2016-2017 school year, due to financial troubles, Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210 consolidated to a three school district. The three schools comprising the district are Lincoln-Way Central, Lincoln-Way East, and Lincoln-Way West.
Cary-Grove High School is a high school in Cary, Illinois, USA; it is part of Community High School District 155. In 1995, it was the subject of much media attention after the Fox River Grove level crossing accident that killed seven students. In 2006, on the anniversary of the accident, another Cary-Grove student, Justin Glassmyer, was killed at the same crossing.

Kildeer Countryside Community Consolidated School District 96 is a K-8 school district centered in the Lake County village of Long Grove, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. This district is composed of seven schools in total, or one kindergarten center, four elementary schools, and two middle schools; any students attending District 96 will ultimately attend Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This district's kindergarten center is known as Willow Grove Early Learning Center which, as its name suggests, serves kindergarteners and early childhood students. Ivy Hall Elementary School educates those in and within grades one and five; Prairie Elementary School and Country Meadows Elementary School do exactly the same. Kildeer Countryside Elementary School, the largest of the schools in terms of the student body, also serves all grades between one and five. IWHS serves a mostly rural area that includes most of northeastern Hancock County and extends into parts of Henderson and McDonough Counties, covering the cities of Carthage, Dallas City, and La Harpe, and the village of Ferris. The campus is located 25 miles (40 km) west of Macomb, Illinois, and has a student body of 332 students in grades 9–12 as of the 2017–18 school year.
