Qeysar (Persian : قيصار, also Romanized as Qeyşār and Qaisar) [1] is a village in Khusf Rural District, Central District, Khusf County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
