Rawalpindi Municipal Corporation (MCR) comprises 46 local government Union Councils in Rawalpindi city, Pakistan. The Union Councils elect their own Chairmen, who are in turn responsible for electing Rawalpindi's Mayor and Deputy Mayors. [1]
