Really Big Things is a series about massive man-made marvels like big machines, giant telescopes, skyscrapers and other massive structures. It airs on the Discovery Channel, HD Theater and Science Channel. It is now being aired on the UK version of the Discovery Channel in the early slot of 04:40am
Matt Rogers presents the show in a semi-comedy fashion, often giving the viewers the impression he is a maverick with little regard for common sense, although when faced with true danger, such as standing by a dumper truck tipping and cutting the restraining wires on a concrete mat in Season 1, he will "hand over to the professionals" or remove himself from danger.

Established in 1985, the company operated a group of factual and lifestyle television brands, such as the namesake Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Science Channel, and TLC. In 2018, the company acquired Scripps Networks Interactive, adding networks such as Food Network, HGTV, and Travel Channel to its portfolio. Since the purchase, Discovery has described itself as serving members of "passionate" audiences, and has also placed a larger focus on streaming services built around its properties, such as Discovery+.
American Chopper is an American reality television series that airs on Discovery Channel, produced by Pilgrim Films & Television. The series centers on Paul Teutul Sr., and his son Paul Teutul Jr., who manufacture custom chopper-style motorcycles. Orange County Choppers is in Newburgh, New York. The contrasting work and creative styles of the father-and-son team and their resulting verbal arguments were the series' hallmark until 2008 when an explosive argument led to Paul Jr.'s termination and departure to start a competing chopper company, Paul Jr. Designs.
Extreme Engineering is a documentary television series that aired on the Discovery Channel and the Science Channel. The program featured futuristic and ongoing engineering projects. After ending of season 3 it airs under the Build It Bigger name. The series last season aired in July 2011. Danny Forster first hosted the series in season 4 and has been the host since season 6.

Naked and Afraid is an American reality series that airs on the Discovery Channel. Each episode chronicles the lives of two survivalists who meet for the first time naked and are given the task of surviving a stay in the wilderness for 21 days. Each survivalist is allowed to bring one helpful item, such as a machete or a fire starter. After they meet in the assigned locale, the partners must build a shelter and find water and food.
