Supercell is an 11-member Japanese pop band led by musician and songwriter Ryo, which formed in 2007 as a dōjin music band. The other 10 members are artists and designers who provide illustrations in album booklets and music videos. Musical: Touken Ranbu (ミュージカル『刀剣乱舞』) is a series of 2.5D stage musicals co-produced by Nelke Planning, DMM.com, and Euclid Agency based on the online browser game Touken Ranbu. Yorushika (ヨルシカ) is a Japanese rock duo founded in 2017 represented by Universal Music Japan. The group is composed of N-buna, a vocaloid music producer, and Suis, a female vocalist. They are known for their juxtaposition of "passionate" and "upbeat" production and instrumentation fused with heavier lyrical content, which often explore ideas such as love and human emotion and draw from works of literature including Masuji Ibuse and Jules Verne. The name "Yorushika" is taken from a lyric in their song "Kumo to Yūrei" (雲と幽霊): "Yoru shika mō nemurezu ni". The eye-designed logo mark is a motif of two moons facing each other and also serves as a clock hand, portraying the time "from 6:00 to night".

"Gokuraku Jodo" is a song by Japanese pop rock duo Garnidelia. It was first released digitally on July 28, 2016 as the B-side to its advance single, "Yakusoku -Promise Code-". Despite not being used as an official single by itself, the song gained far more popularity than the single itself, considering the music dance video of this song hit 62 million on YouTube as of June 7, 2020. The song received tremendous popularity in mainland China, leading to a great number of song and dance covers on YouTube and Bilibili.

<i>Leo-Nine</i> 2020 album by LiSA

Leo-Nine is the fifth studio album by Japanese singer LiSA. It was released on October 14, 2020, through Sacra Music and Sony Music Japan. Leo-Nine marks the singer's first full-length project in over three years since Little Devil Parade (2017). Like Little Devil Parade, Leo-Nine features a wide range of contribution from composers and producers, including long-time collaborators Pablo, Ryo Eguchi, Koichiro Takahashi, and Shota Horie. The album sold over 66,000 copies in its first week, reaching the number one spot on both Oricon Albums Chart and Billboard Japan's Hot Albums chart. Along with "Homura" debuting at number one on the Japan Hot 100, LiSA became the first artist ever to debut atop the Billboard Japan's charts simultaneously. The album has since received a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).
