The Roman Catholic Diocese of Pasig is the diocese of the Latin Church of the Catholic Church in the Philippines that comprises the cities of Pasig and Taguig, and the municipality of Pateros, in Metro Manila, Philippines. It was established by Pope John Paul II on June 28, 2003, by virtue of the papal bull Dei Caritas. It was formally and canonically erected on August 21, 2003, with the installation of Francisco C. The diocese was created by Pope John Paul II on December 7, 2002, by virtue of his Apostolic Constitution Animarum Utilitati, and was canonically erected on January 16, 2003, from the Archdiocese of Manila. Cubao Cathedral, formally known as the Immaculate Conception Cathedral of Cubao, is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is the episcopal seat of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Cubao. Built in 1950 by the Society of the Divine Word (SVD), it belonged to the order until 1990, when the Archdiocese of Manila took over its administration. In 2003, when the Diocese of Cubao was erected, the parish was elevated into the status of cathedral. The present rector of the cathedral is Dennis S. Soriano.

Mindanao Avenue is an eight-to-ten lane divided avenue connecting EDSA and NLEX and is a part of Circumferential Road 5 (C-5) in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is one of the three parallel roads that connects Tandang Sora and Congressional Avenues ; that is why it was named after the southernmost mainland of the Philippines, Mindanao. It used to be a 2-kilometer (1.2 mi) highway connecting North Avenue and Congressional Avenue, but as a part of the C-5 projects, Mindanao Avenue was extended to EDSA in the south and to Quirino Highway to the north. The new roads opened in 2000.
Honesto "Nes" Flores Ongtioco is a Filipino bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. He is the first and only Bishop of Cubao, and also served as Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Malolos from May 12, 2018 to August 21, 2019. He had previously served as second Bishop of Balanga in Bataan from June 18, 1998 to August 28, 2003 where he succeeded Celso N. Guevarra who retired due to the age limit of 75.

It is one of the secondary roads in Metro Manila and part of it is designated as part of Circumferential Road 5 (C-5) of the Manila arterial road system and National Route 129 (N129) of the Philippine highway system.
Darwin Ramos was a Filipino street child, waste picker, and victim soul that became a Servant of God of the Catholic Church. Darwin discovered Catholic faith when he was 11 years old. He died from Duchenne muscular dystrophy. After his death, the "Darwin Ramos Association" requested in 2018 to Honesto Ongtioco, Bishop of the Diocese of Cubao to initiate a cause for beatification and canonization. The Solemn Opening Celebration of the cause was celebrated on August 28, 2019, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Cubao. Darwin Ramos could become the first non-martyr Saint of the Philippines.
Mount Carmel Shrine, formally the Minor Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, is a Roman Catholic minor basilica and national shrine located in Barangay Mariana, Quezon City, Metro Manila in the Philippines. Dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the church opened in 1964 after a decade of construction. It was declared a parish church in 1975 and a national shrine in 2015. In 2019, it was declared a minor basilica, making it the fifteenth minor basilica in the country.
The Basilica Minore de San Pedro Bautista, also known as the San Francisco del Monte Church and alternatively as Santuario de San Pedro Bautista, is a minor basilica and parish church in the San Francisco del Monte district of Quezon City, Philippines. It is one of the oldest churches in the country and the oldest in the city, having been founded in 1590. The church is dedicated to its founder Padre Pedro Bautista, a Spanish missionary from Ávila, Spain, one of the 26 Christians martyred in Japan in 1597.
