Sadio Doumbia (born 12 September 1990) is a French professional tennis player.

Doumbia has a career high ATP singles ranking of No. 250 achieved on 7 November 2016. He also has a career-high doubles ranking of No. 30 achieved on 4 March 2024. Doumbia has won two ATP titles with compatriot Fabien Reboul and 16 ATP Challenger doubles titles, 15 of them with Reboul.

He has also won one ATP Challenger singles titles at the 2016 KPIT MSLTA Challenger.

Career

2022: ATP debut

Doumbia and Fabien Reboul received a wildcard invitation into the main draw of their home tournament at the 2022 Rolex Paris Masters, making their debut at the Masters 1000 level.

2023: Maiden ATP title, top 50

The pair Doumbia and Reboul reached their first ATP final at the 2023 Córdoba Open. [1] Doumbia reached the top 50 after a semifinal showing at the 2023 Rio Open with Reboul on 27 February 2023.

In September, Doumbia and Reboul won their first title on the ATP Tour, the 2023 Chengdu Open. [2] The following month, in October the pair reached the semifinals of the 2023 Rolex Shanghai Masters upsetting second seeds Wesley Koolhof and Neal Skupski. [3]

They became the second team in the Open Era to defend the US Open title, after Todd Woodbridge and Mark Woodforde in 1996. It was both men's fifth major title.

The 2022 Rolex Paris Masters was a professional men's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the 50th edition of the tournament, and a Masters 1000 event on the 2022 ATP Tour. It took place at the Accor Arena in Paris from 31 October to 6 November 2022.

Marcelo Arévalo and Jean-Julien Rojer defeated Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury in the final, 6–3, 6–1 to win the men's doubles tennis title at the 2023 Canadian Open. It was Arévalo's first ATP Tour Masters 1000 title, and Rojer's fourth.

Sadio Doumbia and Fabien Reboul defeated Francisco Cabral and Rafael Matos in the final, 4–6, 7–5, [10–7] to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Chengdu Open. It was both players' first individual ATP Tour title in their second tour-level final together.

Hugo Nys and Jan Zieliński defeated Santiago González and Neal Skupski in the final, 6–3, 6–2 to win the doubles tennis title at the 2024 Mexican Open.

Wesley Koolhof and Nikola Mektić defeated Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos in the final, 7–6(7–2), 7–6(7–4) to win the men's doubles tennis title at the 2024 Indian Wells Masters. It was the fourth ATP Masters 1000 doubles title for both players.
