In cricket, a century is a score of 100 or more runs in a single innings by a batter. The term is also included in "century partnership" which occurs when two batsmen add 100 runs to the team total when they are batting together. A century is regarded as a landmark score for batters and a player's number of centuries is generally recorded in their career statistics. Scoring a century is loosely equivalent in merit to a bowler taking a five-wicket haul, and is commonly referred to as a ton or hundred. Scores of more than 200 runs are still statistically counted as a century, although these scores are referred to as double, triple, and quadruple centuries, and so on. Reaching 50 runs in an innings is known as a half-century.
Rohit Gurunath Sharma is an Indian international cricketer who currently plays for and captains the India national cricket team in Test and One Day International (ODI) matches. Mohammad Babar Azam is a Pakistani international cricketer and the current captain of the Pakistan national cricket team in limited overs formats. A right-handed top-order batter, he captains Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL.

The 2019–20 Ireland Tri-Nation Series was a cricket tournament that was held in September 2019 in Ireland. It was a tri-nation series that featured Ireland, the Netherlands and Scotland, with all the matches played as Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). The series was arranged after the planned first edition of the Euro T20 Slam was cancelled. The matches were used by all the teams as part of their preparation for the 2019 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Qualifier tournament. Both Cricket Scotland and the KNCB thanked Cricket Ireland for agreeing to host the tournament, following the cancellation of the Euro T20 Slam.
Kushal Malla is a Nepalese cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman, and a left-arm off-spinner. Known for his aggressive batting, he scored the fastest century in Twenty20 Internationals, off just 34 balls, in the opening match of the 2022 Asian Games against Mongolia, a record previously held by David Miller, Rohit Sharma and Sudesh Wickramasekara (35 balls), and later broken by Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton.
The 2022–23 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier was a cricket tournament that formed part of the qualification process for the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. In May 2022, the International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed all the fixtures and venues for the three sub-regional Qualifiers.
Nepal participated at the 2022 Asian Games, which was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, from 23 September 2023 to 8 October 2023. The event was originally scheduled from 10 to 25 September 2022 but due to COVID-19 pandemic cases rising in China the event has been postponed and rescheduled to September-October 2023.
The Australia men's cricket team toured India in September, November and December 2023 to play three One Day International (ODI) and five Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The ODI series formed part of both teams' preparation for the 2023 Cricket World Cup tournament. The T20I series formed part of both teams' preparation for the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup tournament.
The 2024 Associate international cricket season includes series starting from approximately April to September 2024. All official 20-over matches between associate members of the ICC are eligible to have full men's Twenty20 International or women's Twenty20 International (T20I) status, as the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted T20I status to matches between all of its members from 1 July 2018 and 1 January 2019. The season includes all T20I cricket series mostly involving ICC Associate members, that are played in addition to series covered in International cricket in 2024.
