The Samsung SGH-D600 (and its successor, the D600i) is a GSM mobile phone released in the first quarter of 2005 made by Samsung Electronics.
The SGH-D600i is a later version of the SGH-D600, released in 2007 to address issues concerning microSD card support. [ citation needed ]
The Samsung SGH-D600 is the successor to the Samsung SGH-D500, [1] and differs from it with a slightly revised design, a higher resolution 2-megapixel camera located outside the sliding area instead of inside, TV output, [2] and support for microSD external flash memory cards. [3] It also includes a Picsel Viewer for Microsoft Office documents.[ citation needed ] It is available in two colors, grey and red. [3] The SGH-D600 also includes a camera with a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels, Bluetooth connectivity, and a 240x320 pixel screen. [2]
The battery claims to have a stand-by time of up to 300 hours and a talk time of up to 7 hours. [3]
The Register praised its looks and small size. [2] Trusted Reviews awarded it 9/10, calling it "a great looking phone with a screen that puts other handsets to shame[ promotion? ]". [4] CNet gave a positive review scoring 3.5/5 suggesting it was "good both for professionals and those looking for fun features". [5]

The Samsung SGH-D500 is a slider-style mobile phone created by Samsung. It was announced in Q4 2004 as a replacement to the popular Samsung E800. It has a 1.3 megapixel digital camera with an integrated LED flash. The phone can be purchased in various colors such as black, grey/silver, silver/white, silver/blue, black/blue, and black/silver. The D500 won the prestigious award "the world's best cellphone" at the 3GSM world congress in Cannes, 2005. The SGH-D500 was popular with consumers because of the large screen-size to front-surface ratio, the smooth button and sliding action, powerful flash, and good video/photograph/sound quality. The D500 was regarded as compact and as having a good feature set for its time. Samsung experienced remarkable success with the introduction of the D500 and has therefore introduced several other slider-style mobile phones in recent years, some fairly successful, others not so much. This phone helped to popularise the 'active' sliding phone concept across all brands. The SGH-D500 has been succeeded by the Samsung SGH-D600. There is a very similar variant handset, the SGH-D500E.
The Samsung SGH-D900, also known as the Ultra Edition 12.9 or Black Carbon, is a slider-style mobile phone created by Samsung Electronics that was announced in Q3 2006 as part of the Samsung Ultra Edition line. It is marketed as the world's thinnest slider phone. Since the end of 2006, a Wine Red edition was added and 2007 marked the introduction of a chrome edition to the lineup. There is also an upgrade of this model, the Samsung D900i which can be used to access documents on your computer from your phone and added an FM radio as well as was made out of higher-quality materials.

Reviews had both positive and negative comments, with no finger print sensor or face ID like Apple system. This would result insecurity of personal privacy.
