The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active is a mid-range rugged Android-based tablet computer developed, produced and marketed by Samsung Electronics and released in November 2014, as part of the Galaxy Tab Active series. It was succeeded by the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2.
