The legislative districts of Cotabato are the representations of the province of Cotabato in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The province is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its first, second, and third congressional districts.

The district consists of the provincial capital city of Vigan and adjacent municipalities of Bantay, Cabugao, Caoayan, Magsingal, San Ildefonso, San Juan, San Vicente, Santa Catalina, Santo Domingo and Sinait. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ronald Singson of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).
Rizal's 1st congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Rizal. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the western Rizal municipalities of Angono, Binangonan, Cainta and Taytay. It is presently the largest legislative district in the country in terms of population. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Michael John R. Duavit of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).
La Union's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of La Union. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the provincial capital city of San Fernando and adjacent municipalities of Bacnotan, Balaoan, Bangar, Luna, San Gabriel, San Juan, Santol and Sudipen. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Francisco Paolo Ortega of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the southern Batangas municipalities of Bauan, Lobo, Mabini, San Luis, San Pascual and Tingloy. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerville Luistro of Lakas-CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the northern Batangas cities of Santo Tomas and Tanauan, as well as adjacent municipalities surrounding the Taal Lake: Agoncillo, Alitagtag, Balete, Cuenca, Laurel, Malvar, Mataasnakahoy, San Nicolas, Santa Teresita and Talisay, a configuration that has been in place since 1987. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ma. Theresa V. Collantes of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).

The district consists of the old provincial capital, Leyte, and adjacent municipalities of Calubian, San Isidro, Tabango and Villaba. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Anna Victoria V. Tuazon of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Quezon City's 4th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in Quezon City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the south central barangays bordering Manila and San Juan. It includes the Diliman and New Manila areas Quezon Avenue borders it to the north and EDSA to the east. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Marvin Rillo of the Lakas-CMD.
Cavite's 4th congressional district is one of the eight congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Cavite. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2010. It consists of only the city of Dasmariñas. It is currently vacant in the 19th Congress since the death of Elpidio Barzaga Jr. on April 27, 2024.
Navotas's at-large congressional district is the congressional district of the Philippines in Navotas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2010. Previously included in Malabon–Navotas's at-large congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Toby Tiangco of the Partido Navoteño.
San Juan's at-large congressional district is the congressional district of the Philippines in San Juan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1995. Previously included in San Juan–Mandaluyong's at-large congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ysabel Maria J. Zamora of the Lakas–CMD.
Mandaluyong's at-large congressional district is the congressional district of the Philippines in Mandaluyong. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1995. Previously included in San Juan–Mandaluyong's at-large congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Neptali M. Gonzales II of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Batangas's 4th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Batangas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the eastern Batangas municipalities of Ibaan, Padre Garcia, Rosario, San Jose, San Juan, and Taysan. The city of Lipa was also part of this district until it was granted its own representation as the sixth district effective 2016. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lianda B. Bolilia of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Dinagat Islands's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Dinagat Islands. It was created ahead of the 2007 Philippine House of Representatives elections, following the separation of the islands from Surigao del Norte in 2006. The province has been electing a single representative provincewide at-large to the House of Representatives from the 14th Congress onwards. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Alan Ecleo of the Lakas–CMD.
Sultan Kudarat's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Sultan Kudarat. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2007. It was created after the 2006 reapportionment that divided the province into two congressional districts. The district is composed of the coastal and western municipalities of Bagumbayan, Esperanza, Kalamansig, Lebak, Palimbang and Senator Ninoy Aquino. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Horacio P. Suansing Jr. of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Biliran's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Biliran. It was created ahead of the 1995 Philippine House of Representatives elections following its conversion into a regular province under the 1991 Local Government Code which was ratified in a 1992 plebiscite concurrent with that year's general election. Biliran had been a sub-province of Leyte since 1959 and was last represented as part of Leyte's 3rd district in the House of Representatives from 1987 to 1995 and earlier from 1961 to 1972, the multi-member Region VIII's at-large district in the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984, and the multi-member Leyte's at-large district in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerardo Espina Jr. of Lakas–CMD.
Guimaras's at-large congressional district is the provincewide electoral district in Guimaras, Philippines. It was created ahead of the 1995 Philippine House of Representatives elections following its conversion into a regular province under the 1991 Local Government Code which was ratified in a 1992 plebiscite concurrent with that year's general election. Guimaras had been a sub-province of Iloilo since 1966 and was last represented as part of Iloilo's 2nd district in the House of Representatives from 1987 to 1995 and in earlier national legislatures from 1907 to 1972. It was also formerly included in the multi-member Region VI's at-large district for the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984 and the multi-member Iloilo's at-large district for the Malolos Congress from 1898 to 1899 and for the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. The district is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Maria Lucille Nava of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Rizal's 4th congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Rizal. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2022. The district consists of the northern municipality of Rodriguez. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Juan Fidel Felipe F. Nograles of Lakas-CMD, who is its first representative since its creation.
