Sardha (Persian : سردها‎, also Romanized as Sardhā and Sardahā; also known as Sardara and Sardora)^[1] is a village in Howmeh Rural District, in the Central District of Sarab County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,230, in 324 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script, which itself evolved from the Aramaic alphabet.

Howmeh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Sarab County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 14,066, in 3,454 families. The rural district has 18 villages.

The Central District of Sarab County is a district (bakhsh) in Sarab County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 101,342, in 24,862 families. The District has one city: Sarab. The District has six rural districts (dehestan): Abarghan Rural District, Aghmiyun Rural District, Howmeh Rural District, Molla Yaqub Rural District, Razliq Rural District, and Sain Rural District.
